Spiritual Orientation

LayeredSkyline Our mere glimpse upon life seems myopic, compared to the broad vista upon which our spirits gaze. Whether we realize it or not, each one of us is part of our spirit’s timeless journey, making our lives of paramount importance in providing and developing a positive spiritual orientation.

At conception a person’s spirit already possesses its positive or negative orientation from its many experiences in the timeless cosmos. Just because a child is born in physical innocence doesn’t mean that its creation spirit might not have been through many lifetimes in which it adhered to negative principles. In too many cases, a spirit brings with it a tendency toward negativity that can influence its physical body. If a child were to have a negatively oriented spirit, it could be easily inspired to accept and display negative behavior and malaise. However, if that same child were to be introduced to the positive knowledge of the Light*, they would have a chance to bring positive energy to their spirit and, over time, their negatively oriented spirit could change its ways and redirect itself toward a positive existence.

Even when a spirit is positively oriented at conception, there will still be work to do at the physical level to counteract the negativity that it faces during this lifetime. What I’ve learned is that a spirit can’t progress unless it’s in a body and, once in a form, a spirit is subject to the conditioning that is presented. Simply because of the overwhelming amount of negativity on our planet, there will inevitably be opposition to a spirit that is positively oriented.

As a small child I could see the twinkling sparkle of my spirit and marveled at the sight of it, even though I didn’t know what it was – how sad I didn’t even recognize my own beautiful spirit! It didn’t take long until I was being challenged by negative spirits in the guise of familiar or trusted forms, like those that entered my dream state, or like the priest who sexually abused me. That particular event threw me off course, and I began accepting negatively oriented activities that created even more difficulty. In spite of my disillusionment, I still had a sincere yearning for harmony within, likely as a result of my spirit’s desire to progress. Once I was introduced to positive spiritual knowledge, I began to infuse my spirit with positive energy and I became enthusiastic about helping my spirit to progress.

While we would all like to believe that our spiritual orientation is positive, there are many elements of negativity that interfere with our personal and collective wellbeing. There isconstant negativity bombarding the airwaves, not just from the TV and internet, but from the negatively oriented people living on our planet who are incessantly bombarding everyone with their negative energy and spiritual malaise. While so many of us are striving to live in a positive constructive fashion, we are constantly being challenged and drained by those who thrive on negativity.

One of the deterrents to a peaceful existence is that there are so many higher-level destructive elements that attract negativity in the form of negative spirits and energy to our planet. Instead of promoting our collective progress as positively oriented spirits, we tend to neglect the very essence of our being and leave our spirits weak and vulnerable. A spirit that is positively oriented cannot consistently tolerate negativity and can lose strength, unless its form harnesses the ability to counteract negativity. If we were to become more knowledgeable and positively oriented at the spiritual level, we could bring lasting harmony to our planet.

The significance of our short-term existence can be measured in how we direct our spirits toward the positive spiritual progress they can embrace widely into their limitless perspective.

Your Spiritual Uniqueness

No one has the same spiritual experience. Just as you are a unique individual, your spirit is different from every other spiritual being in the cosmos, and its experiences can influence your life through its inherent nature and the memories it carries forward.

Since your spirit has probably experienced existences that are incomprehensible to us in our myopic universal view, it may have brought some memories with it into this life that can influence the way your life unfolds. This cumulative information is stored at the spiritual level and can be recognized and acted upon within the spiritual world. This in turn can bring spiritual influence from unexpected sources that can affect you at the physical level.

Since the spiritual realm differs drastically from our tangible experience, there appears to be a misunderstanding of what spiritual knowledge is. Even within your own spiritual belief system you still have a responsibility to help your spirit progress in this lifetime. Otherwise, it moves on into its next existence without having achieved the progress it intended.

Your spirit is unique in all aspects of its being, yet it may have brought with it encumbrances that can interfere with or enhance your life. Not all fortunes come without a higher-level price and not all misfortunes come without a higher-level reason. The term karmic debt has been used to describe what comes from past spiritual experiences, while curses are encumbrances that have been delegated during this current life. As part of my work, I remove the large groups of spirits that comprise such interference, so that my clients can develop and nurture their spirit in a positive spiritual environment.

Your spirit might have had life experiences that surpass your current level of understanding, so you might have to deal with influences that defy all physical means of dealing with them. Spiritual negativity presents challenges that can often create baffling circumstances with one’s life, yet there is always a way through, when you work in a positive way with your spirit.

Your basic spiritual need is to ask for the pure white Light* to come in to remove the negativity that has accumulated within you both spiritually and physically. When you do this regularly on a long-term basis, you should definitely feel the positive effects throughout your entire being.

When you become spiritually aware, that is to say, when you realize that your spirit has sentience and can interact with you, you can start to allow your spirit’s uniqueness to filter through into your physical reality. The most precious possession in life is your spirit, because its uniqueness can make your life a stupendous journey that will propel it into the positive realm.

Even as our civilization melds technology into the fabric of our lives, our spirits will always remain the advanced beings they are, patiently waiting for us to incorporate positive universal knowledge into our collective humanity.

Progress With Your Spirit

Expanding on #10 on my list of “10 Reasons to Work With Your Spirit”…

As our perspective on life evolves, many of us find ourselves yearning for the spiritual advancement that ultimately determines our significance. Both individually and collectively, the underlying goal of our existence should be the personal pursuit of spiritual progress.

While a spirit exists in a quantum state of timelessness, we’re subjected to the restraints that our planetary time imposes upon us. As we are essentially constructs of the particles generated by exploding stars, our physical forms are infused with consciousness through our connections to our spirits.

While a spirit exists in an infinite realm, it creates physical forms to guide its direction for the purpose of progressing. In turn our consciousness is inspired by the timeless intelligence or ignorance of our spirit. Unfortunately most spirits on this planet have, at some time in their experience, given in to negativity and exist in the negative spiritual realm, so they are unable to adequately absorb or effectively use the Light*.

At some point we all have to contend with the prevalence of negativity on our planet, so it’s imperative to have the means and dedication to counteract the higher-level impediments to our wellbeing. Once your spirit can accept the Light, it will be an ongoing endeavor on your part to assist it in removing the negativity that you currently face, as well as all that you’ve accepted during your lifetime.

As you strive to include higher-level positive erudition in the sphere of your existence, you’ll advance your ability to progress with your spirit and give it spiritual freedom. As you work in unison with your spirit you’ll also increase your positive physical attributes as you counteract the internal and external negativity that infringes upon your wellbeing.

Your spirit will be on its way when your body expires, so it would be a shame to have left it hanging when, all the while you’ve been alive, you’ve had the opportunity to take charge and bring it into the positive realm. When you work with your spirit to incorporate positive spiritual knowledge into your life, you’ll both progress!

Add a Positive Dimension to Your Life

If you’re embarrassed about talking about spiritual or inter-dimensional subjects, you’re not alone. Doesn’t it appear that a lot of people shy away from the most important aspect of their life…their spiritual self?

Before I started to work with my spirit, I had been living with a very negatively oriented man who used to ridicule me every time I talked about supernatural phenomenon. This person considered that anyone who talked about higher-level subjects were mistaken and misinformed and I had accepted his conditioning. I was miserable and had some spiritual and higher dimensional experiences that begged explanation, but I didn’t feel free to talk about them.

After I learned how to work with my spirit, I realized that I had reestablished a direct connection between my physical and spiritual selves. It’s not about being religious (I was subjected to that as a child), but about being aware of what’s going on in the higher levels of my being. In the ancient past many of those who were connected with the spiritual world were in it for negative reasons…to acquire or maintain power.

As the major religious institutions were established, they felt that they should be the only ones with spiritual knowledge, and convinced everyone to take shelter under their wings. So many of us have been raised to believe that the belief system of our family is the ‘right’ one.

Many children have asked me to explain why they see higher-level beings and activities while attending religious ceremonies. Unfortunately, most children lose their ability to perceive such occurrences and as adults become part of the desperate packs of people who count on their religious institutions to provide their spiritual ‘salvation’ in return for adhering to a variety of religious doctrines. However, it’s now clearly apparent that each one of us is responsible for our own spirit.

When a child begins working with their spirit and the Light* early in life, they have the opportunity to deflect the inevitable onslaught of negativity that greets us all. Instead of being vulnerable and unprepared, a child with positive spiritual knowledge can utilize the principles of working with their spirit to better direct themselves toward a positive future.

Similarly, adults who begin working with their spirit can immediately effect positive change…we just have to work at it with more conscious effort. Because of all our acquired habits and inadvertent acceptance of the negative elements in our lives, we have to relearn how to identify negative trends, so that we can deal with or eliminate the effects.

Not only does self -awareness at all levels nurture a more positive physical state but, when you work with your spirit to counteract negativity, you benefit from the elimination of negative energy that inhibits your well-being. There are so many ways that spiritual and inter-dimensional negativity can affect you – without you even knowing it!

Real Spirituality

When I first heard about the concept of working with my spirit to enhance my life, it felt like a veil of uncertainty had been lifted from me and I could suddenly view my life and future in truly positive terms.

On Thursday evening I took Leo’s ashes to a nature park adjacent to the Niagara River so that his physical remains could return to the earth. Many years ago Leo told me how he felt about his physical form, once his spirit would have left. In his usually humorous way, he described how his body without his spirit should be recycled, just as any other discarded vessel that we use on a daily basis. When he had completed his work in the physical form that I knew, I immediately took the initiative to enact his wishes.

From my perspective it was a fitting journey that I saw as a metaphor for Leo’s life. There was true harmony in having the remains of his physical form start off so nobly from the tranquility of the meandering stream in a beautiful natural setting only to empty into the roaring rapids of the Niagara River. They cascaded over the Falls with the same sheer energy that he exerted as he plunged into the many exciting experiences of his younger years. Then, as the physical particles churned further downstream to the magnificent whirlpool that etched through the walls of the Niagara Escarpment, it compares to how he had molded the events of his long and vibrant life into the succinct teachings of his spiritual philosophy. Afterwards, as the signature particles of his physical form made their way along the river and emptied into the waters of Lake Ontario, they’ll eventually flow back into the vastness of the ocean, just as they’ve reentered the spiritual realm in a timeless sophisticated cosmos.

Of course, as I’ve been letting go of missing Leo’s physical presence, I’ve cried intermittently to release those natural emotions. However, I’m not falling apart as some people do, because I’m not afraid of happens after someone leaves their physical form, nor of the journey before me. Instead I reflect on the most positive memories and how Leo used to bring smiles and laughter to the saddest people as they faced the complexity of their lives. And each day brings renewed energy and strength!

The most fulfilling daily activity imaginable is to prepare my spirit for its journey into the positive realm, as Leo has so aptly done. I’ll continue to consciously direct my spirit under positive principles toward its ultimate goal of returning to the Light.

I’m so fortunate to have learned the intricacies of how to interact with the spirits of those with whom I work, so I can help their physical forms assist them on their journey. What better way to live one’s life?

Begin Being

Our spirits might explain how the world of quantum mechanics relates to us as human beings, as they are capable of carrying information from one existence to another in a rather ‘spooky’ way.

Just as the universe expanding faster than the speed of light during ‘a’ Big Bang seems to have broken all laws of physics (because expanding space can travel faster than light while particles cannot!), our spiritual aspect transcends space, time and consciousness in a realm that surpasses our current comprehension.

When I first learned that I could work with my spirit, it was as though that notion clicked an immediate response within my psyche. I could interact daily with my spirit using universal positive principles instead of just dealing with the negative environment on our planet – what a better way to live!

While spirits are constantly interacting at infinite rates in the spiritual realm, our physical sense of spirit is lagging behind at a snail’s pace. Most people have no idea that their spirit means any more to them than what their religion offers as explanation for its being. Our bodies are created with far more capabilities to excel at the physical and spiritual levels, yet our spirits have been clumped together in galaxies of various religious beliefs that can offer opposition and even hostility at all levels.

Taking into account the fact that very few of us have considered the potential benefits of interacting with our spirit, most are missing out on the most inspiring influence on our being. Unfortunately, few spirits are given the opportunity to progress in a lifetime, as many are relegated to a position marked: “Unknown”.

A spirit wants to work with its body and the Light*; it wants to gain knowledge; it wants to move on to a higher state of existence. A spirit doesn’t carry forward unnecessary details of this life, but stores vital information during each existence that will assist it at the spiritual level to create its next existence somewhere in the multiverse.

We’re already making some of the most startling cosmological discoveries in the history of our race, yet we are so far behind in spiritual knowledge. If we’re here to learn about our existence, then most of us have a learning disability, because our attention is constantly being absorbed by all of the distractions we’ve created for ourselves.

While many of us are struggling to cope with life’s difficulties and become fixated on our physical wellbeing, our spirits are being ignored and neglected. However, when we connect with and interact with our own spirit, together we naturally care for and nurture our physical self.

In order for our spirits to excel and penetrate the negative obstacles we encounter at all levels of our being, we need to begin to refuse and counteract negativity to allow positive energy to flow to us and through us. Then we’ll allow our spirits to shine most brightly as they should.

My Splendid Spirit

Just as the fabric of the empty space of the cosmos appears invisible, inactive and without the qualities of bending, twisting and rippling, our higher-level reality is similarly alive with the unseen forces of positive and negative energy acting upon each one of us.

A recent revelation of theoretical physics states that our 3D reality might only be a projection of the actual 2D reality that’s stored on the edges of the universe. It’s a mindboggling concept, but so little is really known about the underlying construct of our existence and why we appear to be isolated in the vastness of the universe.

What if our physical reality is just a projection of a higher-level reality that exists at the spiritual and inter-dimensional levels? Is our entire existence merely a proving ground, not for us, but for our spirits?

When I was much younger, I was compelled to understand the reason why I was supposed to be here. I started off with the idealistic notion that all would be revealed to me as time went on. By the time I reached my teens I was already disillusioned and, it wasn’t until I was in a time of hopelessness, that my inner desire compelled me to keep searching for answers. Once I started to work with my spirit and the Light*, I realized that there was so much more to this existence than I had previously envisioned.

Hidden from me was this highly evolved intelligent being right within me – my splendid spirit. And I have the power to propel my own spirit into a higher state right now! It’s not just my physical qualities that make me who I am; I am the physical manifestation of the unique quantum configuration that my spirit presents at this level.

A spirit’s balance of energy is either positive or negative and its goal is to rise to a higher state. It could be surmised that positively-oriented spirits are here to share their knowledge and run the gauntlet of all the negative experiences that hail from this planetary existence. In a negative sense, negatively-oriented spirits might be here to compensate for past doings and many will continue their destructive rant ad infinitum. But, in a positive sense, what if some negatively-oriented spirits are here because they’re curious and want to accept positive knowledge?

Whatever the rationale for our existence, each of our spirits provides us the opportunity to increase or decrease our positive potential. Each of us has the choice to allow our spirit to give in to negativity or work to gain or maintain a positive stance.

Just imagine if we were all working in unison on our planet to acquire positive knowledge at all levels of our being! Such a change in the fabric of our spiritual reality would advance our collective knowledge and enhance our positive planetary experience.

Our Advancement in the Cosmos

To me the inter-dimensional world appears somewhat like the almost tactile dark matter of the universe, while the spiritual realm is more abstract, similar to the mysterious nature of dark energy.

How can it be said that spirits are fiction and that nothing happens or exists in other dimensions when we can only verify the properties of a mere 4% of our physical universe? We seem to know a lot about our biological selves because we can physically study the most evident part of our being, but the higher nature of human capability has been largely ignored, due to the divide between science and religion. (Note: I’m not a member of any religion.)

Although our higher-level aspects represent the largest component of our being and dark energy constitutes about 73% of our cosmos, practically nothing is known about either. Since ancient times we have been seeking to explain the meaning of our existence at a level above our physical evolution, but few answers have emerged. Perhaps for the same reasons as cosmologists and astrophysicists require more advanced mathematics to explain the largely unseen portion of the universe, we need to develop our higher-level knowledge to access the positive aspects of our spiritual being.

While dark energy in its vastness can be compared with the phenomena associated with the spiritual world, the properties of dark matter might soon bring knowledge about how inter-dimensional activity is conducted. Some recent breakthroughs show that, although invisible, dark matter appears to have substance as it demonstrates gravitational effects on its density. The similar almost tangible nature of the inter-dimensional plane suggests that further study might reveal the forces separating it from our familiar level of reality.

Now that physicists acknowledge and attempt to prove that the scientific truths of quantum mechanics must be equally verifiable at larger scales, it must spark a profound change in the way we see ourselves existentially. It’s mind boggling to grasp that some scientific investigators have hypothesized that our universe could merely be a 3-D projection on a 2-dimensional screen at the edges of our universe or that we could be the creations of an advanced civilization’s manipulation of matter through computer programming. Is our role as an evolving species merely to reproduce to provide more advanced players for the next generation, or are we meant to progress by realizing the potential of the spirit within?

As we delve further into the similarities between the microcosm of our material composition and outward into the macrocosm of the universe, we appear to be the constructs of an incomprehensible yet remarkable reality. Once we consider that we are not only comprised of the infinitesimally tiny components of our atoms, but part of a much grander scheme in the universe, it’s easier to fathom that our spirits represent the more advanced part of our existence.

At the physical level, we’re expanding ever outward into the universe, as though it was intended that we strive to explore the expanse beyond. All of our experiences have accumulated into our reality as individuals and as a civilization and we have the power to move past the negative interference and to add new positive content that expands our spiritual horizons.

Numbered and Encumbered

Some recent studies in neuroscience have revealed that our human brains are hardwired to be spiritually aware. However, I’ve observed that all living creatures are spiritually aware. And it’s important to note that spirits are not religious; people are religious.

As a child I was given no choice but to be indoctrinated into the catholic religion’s belief system. When I questioned certain practices, there was a stern glance and a change of subject. When I was sexually assaulted by the priest, my only way out was to keep quiet under threat that my entire family would be punished by some omnipotent being. Now, as the pope resigns and the moral depravity of the RC church has been exposed, I feel a great sense of relief that the church’s days are numbered.

When you enter into a religious belief system, you’re surrendering your spirit or ‘soul’ into the care of that faith. That means that you’re also accepting and are subject to all of the spiritual encumbrances that come along with your commitment. For most people, it’s apparent that they feel comfortable being in the company of numbers of people who have similar spiritual inclinations. As a child, I was subject to every fear, guilty feeling and shame that the church could place on me to keep me in line.

What I’ve learned is that your spirit doesn’t care if you have a faith or religion. It doesn’t make you any more or less moral or likely to progress with your spirit. The fact that you wear certain clothes, symbols or wear your beard in a certain fashion doesn’t mean anything to your spirit. It could care less. The fact that you might be accepting some spiritual encumbrances does matter.

When your spirit started out with you in this life, it accepted all of the circumstances that you shared. As you proceeded in life, you helped or hindered your spirit as you made choices that have led you to where you are today. Whether you’re religious or not, you still have the intuitive tendency to believe that there is more to your life than what’s apparent. But what is your spirit being subjected to? Animals are spiritual, and they’re not religious. Their spirits are experiencing an existence, just like ours are. Because our evolution gives us different abilities doesn’t mean that we’re any more or less likely to progress spiritually than a dog, dolphin or elephant.

The spiritual knowledge on our planet has been largely lost due to man’s long history of creating religious and other practices that hold people to spiritual encumbrances, like karmic debt, that follow their spirit into each reincarnation. What they are, in essence, are groups of spirits that attach themselves to the spirit and whatever form it creates in each subsequent lifetime. So, a spirit can bring many groups of spirits with it that can create a lifetime of interference in many ways.

When Leo and I started to remove spiritual encumbrances, it was a long slow process until we gained enough strength and spiritual knowledge to know how to remove the advanced spirits that summon the groups to attach to a person. Once we accessed a high level of vibrational knowledge, we’ve been able to successfully remove the layers of huge groups of spirits that cause interference. What a spirit can’t escape is being summoned by their unique vibration, to which they must respond.

The spiritual level impacts the physical level when someone accepts an encumbrance from someone else. Even if a person thinks they’re helping their spirit by joining a religion, they’re oblivious to and accepting of everything, including spiritual and inter-dimensional influences, that the religion sends with it.

When Leo and I were living in California in the 90’s, we were essentially told to stop providing healing services by the Medical Association because we were not doctors, so we weren’t allowed to heal people. We consulted with an attorney who stated that the only way we could continue to work with people in California was to create a religion by way of a 501(c)3 corporation. Since Leo & I were adverse to religion, we moved to Arizona, where the law was different. Soon afterward it became apparent that, unless we started a religion in the USA, we were going to be harassed by the powerful AMA. We actually began the process of starting a 501(c)3, but then realized that we were being pushed into a negative practice. So we moved to Canada, where people can freely heal and be healed without the involvement of a religious institution.

When large groups of spirits are removed from someone, there is a distinct release of higher level negativity that trickles down from the spiritual to the physical level. Due to the lack of positive spiritual knowledge on our planet, religious institutions thrive by offering negative spiritual encumbrances that bind people into their numbers.

Spiritual Space

Our spirits may have congregated on this planet to experience an existence in this spacetime for a reason, and we are the masters of this opportunity.

Since a spirit is essentially dependent on its form to supply it with knowledge during its present existence, it can gain or lose ground on its journey. With so many choices available, there is ample room for each spirit to determine the manner in which they will exist in their form.

There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ at the spiritual level; there is only ‘positive’ and ‘negative.’ The majority of people choose to surrender the path of their spirit to a religious institution, and I’ve chosen not to belong to any such organization. Many people fear and/or worship a supreme deity, and I don’t believe that any being that asks to be feared or worshipped can be acting in the best interest of its followers. A lot of people learn that it’s beneficial to keep their chakras open, and I believe that open chakras allow the entrance of negative spirits/energy. Some believe that being passively loving will get them through this life, and I’ve learned to retain my compassionate self while standing up to those who interfere with my well-being.

Our spirits are subject to our choices and rely on us to deliver them knowledge that will propel them to a higher level of existence. In effect, spiritual knowledge is essential for a spirit to progress in its form. However, there is no definite blueprint as to how this progress is to be accomplished. If there were, there wouldn’t be so many people on this planet, since many more spirits would have already ascended to a higher realm of existence. It’s as though we’ve been cast into churning waters and allowed to navigate as best we can with the tools we find on our journey. Some of us are more daring than others, while others are content to just follow along with the crowd.

Science has made great strides to bring us physical knowledge of our origin and destination. They search at the macro and micro levels to offer some glimmer of understanding of how and why we exist in this spacetime. While we seem to be unable to prove the existence of other lifeforms in the multiverse, there is no doubt that they must indeed exist elsewhere in the unexplored vastness of space.

Our quickly accelerating physical knowledge about our human existence makes our spiritual aspect even more alluring. If there is no life elsewhere, then where did all the spirits that inhabit all the bodies on our planet come from? If our spirits had past lives and brought knowledge with them, then we should be acting accordingly to learn how to implement that knowledge in a beneficial way.

No one should judge another person for their choice of spiritual path, and we can direct our spirituality as we please. A person that provides no spiritual knowledge whatsoever prevents their spirit from progressing. Someone who brings negative spiritual knowledge deters or loses spiritual advancement. A form that brings the positive knowledge of the Light allows their spirit to progress closer or even to reach its goal. There are many choices of how to conduct your spiritual wellbeing, and it’s up to you to decide what’s best for your spirit. Your spirit depends on you, even if it isn’t being served by your choice.

The best path for me is to bring the positive knowledge of the pure white Light into my spirit, allowing us both to thrive harmoniously in its purely positive energy while it progresses toward its ultimate goal of perfection in the Light.

“…Learn the Natural Law”

The other day someone in the twitterverse asked me what the term “natural law” meant in the context of the message I received when I was 15, as described in my post called “Early Flat Screen Presentation,” so I’ll attempt to answer that in part now.

What the otherworldly being said was: “This life you lead is a test. In order to pass you must learn the natural law.”

First of all, I should state that I didn’t really know why I was selected to be the recipient of that telepathic message. It wasn’t a dream; I was fully awake in a public restaurant. I never experienced anything like that before or since. At first it seemed to spark confusion in me, since it was so vivid and I couldn’t talk about it with anyone, except the girlfriends who were with me at the time.

From my perspective the event was life changing, since the portion of the message that was left with my consciousness was so clear and I only began to understand its significance when I started to work with my spirit 15 years later, when my mentor suggested that the beings were from the future. The only “natural law” that I knew when I was 15 was that of physics, which I happened to be studying at the time. It didn’t make sense to me then that they would be telling me that my life depended on the laws of physics. Now that I’m so much older (and more ‘seasoned’), I believe that the message incorporated the learning of many natural laws including those in the fields of physics, science, philosophy, medicine, law, morality and nature itself.

Most physicists agree that all the laws of physics are the same in our universe, but, in the so-called Many Worlds Theory it’s postulated that there are multiple universes and the laws of physics are potentially different in each one. Given this format, one could suppose that all natural laws could be different elsewhere. For instance, there could be a universe in which people might rejoice one’s death and mourn at one’s birth. In another universe the moral law could dictate that everyone has to be cruel and despotic, while those who are kind and compassionate are morally corrupt.

As a result of my many years of working with my spirit and glimpsing into the spiritual journeys of others, I’ve come to believe that the spiritual natural law is likely the same throughout the multiverse and is interconnected with the Light*. With its multiple timeless existences, a spirit can be recognized as the quantum part of our human repertoire. The message started with “this life…” to differentiate this life from another, as if to suggest its significance in my quantum existence.

Quite frankly, I’m still learning about “the natural law”. Sometimes I wonder whether the greater part of the message (about 5 minutes long) has been buried within me as a suggestion. Maybe it was downloaded to me for future reference and will continue to give me inspiration along the way. In the meantime, I will pursue my efforts to gain a further and deeper understanding of my own interpretation of what it means to “learn the natural law.” It’s interesting that I’ve already learned to use my brain in a more advanced way to communicate across the planet in my higher level healing work. Perhaps the meaning behind the message about the concept of learning “the natural law” is to inspire others to pursue the answers to the questions about the reasons for our current existence.

Sense of Separation

Just as a child feels terrified when separated from their parents, in a similar way a spirit can experience frustration when separated from its body.

Most people assume that their spirit (soul) is happily nestled within them, but this isn’t always the case. When a spirit is constantly ignored because there is no communication between it and its body, it gradually weakens. If this persists over a prolonged period of time, a spirit becomes vulnerable to stronger spirits that are attracted to their body.

When I was a child, I was never given any information about my spirit, other than my immortal soul would be sent to hell if I didn’t worship a deity in the way that I was instructed. Gladly this blatant scare tactic didn’t stop me from wondering if it were all true. I was told that my spirit belonged to someone else but, once I learned that it really belongs to me, it changed my whole outlook on life.

A spirit depends on its body to interact with it and, when we’re small children, we inherently know how to do this. Then, as we reach a certain point, we tend to forget as we start to follow the instructions of those who are in charge of our lives.

Most of us are taught at an early age to relinquish the plight of our spirit to a deity that has been conceptualized by an institution and believe we never have to worry about it again. Religions take control over one’s spirituality, while working with one’s spirit presents the ultimate freedom.

As the pressures of life mount, people can actually open up to allow less-than-beneficial spirits into their form through their spiritual apertures. This initially happens as children and teenagers experience emotional overload in response to the trauma of mistreatment such as beatings, molestation, rape, bullying and other childhood abuse that causes intense emotions such as:

Fear Guilt Hatred Anxiety Despair
Anger Sadness Self-pity Jealousy

Once a child opens a spiritual opening related to an emotional upheaval, they’re vulnerable to the influence of aimless spirits that hang around, looking for an opportunity to invade a child through an open chakra. Then the spirit can actually ‘kick out’ the child’s original spirit. Sometimes the original spirit will remain around the child, regardless of whether they’re acknowledged or not, but often the spirit will be on its way.

As the child grows older, there can be a continuous disconnect between their spiritual self and their physical self, since the spirit they house isn’t the one that they were born with or they have allowed more than one spirit within. Since no Light* spirit (i.e. a spirit with positive knowledge) would enter a person in this manner, the spirit is always negatively oriented. Depending on the level of negative intensity of the spirit, there can be ongoing problems at all levels, including self-destructive tendencies.

What I’ve learned through my work is that most people are capable of adapting to a spirit that is not their original, but there are always side effects. My work entails bringing either the person’s original spirit back or finding a suitable spirit that is vibrationally compatible. In either case, the spirit has to be positively oriented. In this way, most quickly find the missing part of themselves that brings them a sense of purpose and meaning.

Some people are detached from their spirit all their life and never learn how to interact with it. Apart from making life essentially better, the most fundamental of all reasons that a person should choose to consciously interact and progress with their spirit is so that their spirit can move on into the positive realm when their body expires.

When a spirit can interact with its body, its purpose can be fulfilled as it will progress in its journey. When a body can interact with its spirit, it makes that progress possible.

Dealing with Dimensions

Many people have inter-dimensional experiences, but often what they’ve seen, heard or felt is so strange that it’s difficult for them to explain.

While physicists are struggling to prove or disprove string theory as they work toward a unified theory of how the universe ticks, one of the main focuses is on the existence of 11 dimensions at the quantum level. So, if the physics works at the larger scale and if we’re surrounded by these invisible dimensions, is it feasible to assume that we’re already conducting activity within them?

My insights about inter-dimensional occurrences are derived from personal experience and from working with others for over 27 years. Two personal incidents stand out that have helped me to understand the nature of the interference that is caused by inter-dimensional events as opposed to that which is caused by spiritual events.

When I first met Leo Jean, he gave me a spoon that he had twisted into a knot at the neck to use as a reinforcement of my connection to the untapped power of my higher self and spirit. Upon going to bed a few nights later, I placed the spoon inside my pillowcase and under my pillow for security during the night. After a short time asleep I awoke with a start and jumped out of bed to turn on the light. Something felt amiss as I looked around the room. Then I thought about the spoon that Leo had given me. I reached my hand inside of the pillowcase to grab it, but I couldn’t feel it, so I flipped over the pillow to see if I could see or feel it that way. The spoon wasn’t there! There was no way that anyone could have taken it, since I was alone. Then I had the thought to refuse the negative interference as I pulled the pillow out of its case. As I held up the empty pillow case and shook it, I heard a “ping” sound as the twisted spoon fell to the bed.

My reaction to this experience served as a reinforcement of the lessons I was just learning about the spiritual and inter-dimensional worlds. If I had reacted in fear, I would simply have attracted a whole slough of negative energy/spirits to me. Instead, after some initial confusion, I reacted in a very positive manner by refusing the negative interference. Perhaps there was no ‘advantage’ to the spoon being ‘held’ in another dimensional state, so it was ‘returned’.

In another instance I experienced more of a time shift. A couple of years later, while Leo and I were sharing the errands at a strip mall, I was in the bank while he was shopping for groceries a couple of stores down to the right. While I stood at the teller, casually looking out the window of the bank, I could see Leo walking from the grocery store past the bank. I wondered where he was going, since I was supposed to join him at the grocery store, and watched as he kept walking toward the end of the row of stores to the left.

When I exited the bank a couple of minutes later, I followed Leo but he had already disappeared from view. When I rounded the corner of the building, I saw that Leo was nowhere to be seen, so I continued to walk behind the building for a short distance. As I returned and looked around the corner toward the bank, I saw that Leo had just come out of the grocery store and was walking toward me. When we met on the sidewalk, I asked what was going on, because I had just seen him go in the other direction around the building. I was quite puzzled by what had occurred, because it really had no physical explanation.

Although there are many instances of people who have experienced time distortions while in the vicinity of a magnetic anomaly, such as the Bermuda Triangle or other similar places on our planet, Leo and I were situated in a rather run-of-the-mill place. (It just happens to be not far from where the Perimeter Institute is now located, but I don’t think that has anything to do with it!)

If I were to speculate, I would have to imagine that I was caught up in some sort of a temporary wave of space-time distortion. If quantum theory is correct at larger scales, I had simply seen Leo in one probable reality. Did I observe this because I am more aware, or because my mind is more adaptable? I can’t even compare it to a déjà vu, because it was taking place in real time. For whatever reason, the event made me keenly aware that I was still susceptible to interference from an inter-dimensional source.

When people claim that they’ve lost time, have been abducted by extraterrestrials or remember being in an alternate reality, I fully understand that their experience defies explanation in purely physical terms. It’s frustrating because there is no physical evidence available when the entire incident appears to have taken place solely within their own consciousness as a personal experience.

However, if a person has entered a higher dimension, there can be a distortion in both time and place. An inter-dimensional experience can last longer in another dimension than it does in ‘real’ time. A person can wake up in a void in space or can be led into an otherworldly vehicle effortlessly, along with a memory of interaction with inter-dimensional beings. Just because no one else has shared the exact same experience doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

Bearing in mind that we, as humans, cannot be the only living species in the universe and that other forms of life are likely far more advanced than we are, we’re barely ‘scratching the surface’ of understanding the more advanced realms of existence.

When a person knows how to work with their spirit, they’re able to transcend the negative interference that draws them into inter-dimensional activities.

Sharing Spiritual Knowledge

Knowledge that is gained spiritually has to be built upon and experienced, rather than just learned in the form of concepts and ideals.

Throughout the production of a weekly Public Access TV show about our work during the 90’s in California, my partner, Leo, would say: “You can’t hold on to knowledge. You have to let it flow.” Although we used to receive a lot of response to our broadcast, the vast majority of our audience viewed it merely as entertainment.

So, what does the sharing of spiritual knowledge involve? While I was absolutely fascinated with the prospect of immediately learning all about what Leo does, he made it clear that the only way to really learn is to live it. In other words, in order to learn about the spiritual world, you have to learn through experience how to navigate its waters. And, since there are many dark waters and levels of understanding, you have to be careful about what depth you’re stepping into and in which direction you’re heading as you venture into the vastly unexplored spiritual realm.

Although I wanted to know everything at once, I had to build a foundation upon which all the other information could rest. If I didn’t learn how to relax, then I wouldn’t be able to receive higher-level information that was needed in my work. If I didn’t learn to recognize and refuse negativity, then I would have been quickly inundated by it (since my role is to help others by removing their buildup of negativity so that they can properly work with their spirit.) If I didn’t learn the fundamentals of vibrations, I wouldn’t have known how to separate the incoming higher-level information coming at me. I also learned how to respect and nurture my spiritual self, so that we are both acquiring the positive knowledge of the Light* through our efforts together.

For the most part, many people are only looking to how spiritual work can help them in their daily lives. Everyone learns differently and, in order to benefit from your higher levels of being, it’s still necessary to learn how to relax, heighten awareness and to refuse negativity. Once these fundamentals become natural, the knowledge about your composite selves will become clearer; the waters will be much less murky and you can always depend on safe haven with the Light.

What I love about the work that I’m doing is that, when I work my spirit, I’m always learning. There’s never a dull day or a day when I don’t learn something new about myself or about my place within the larger picture of humanity. For me, the acquisition of spiritual knowledge is similar to a cosmologist’s search for information about the universe: Why are we here…How did the building blocks of life assemble so ideally that we could become who we are…Are there any more lifeforms in the universe…If so, how do we come into contact…What’s inside a black hole…What’s outside our universe…Where is all this heading?

As I consider the slow progress of spiritual evolution on our planet, I am heartened by the enormous strides that cosmology is making to better understand our physical place in the universe. What could be fundamental to a spiritual breakthrough might be a realization by individuals that their spiritual progress could be accomplished by going within to work with their own spirit.

If we all acquired more positive spiritual knowledge, we could take a colossal step forward toward our spiritual evolution as a race. I believe that, only then, will we make any form of breakthrough to make contact with more evolved species. For the moment we must tread through the muck of negativity that we’ve created for ourselves on this beautiful planet.

When we look inward to gather our spiritual knowledge, we should be looking for the Light to which we are all connected universally. If that Light doesn’t yet exist, then each of us should actively pursue the acquisition of its gentle and powerful positive force until it gleams within.

Spiritual Universe

The universe is filled with spirits whose past and future memories are intermingled in a timeless existence that transcends our imagination.

Through my work I have learned to perceive the world through spirit. Spirits create forms as the means by which they can progress to the next level of advancement. Spirits that are positively oriented seek the positive knowledge of the Light* in order to progress, while spirits of negative orientation seek advancement through the acquisition of power. The increase/loss in power is gained by positive behavior for positive spirits and by negative behavior for negative spirits.

Each spirit carries the memories of its entire existence in its unique vibration. The vibration adjusts as the spirit gains or loses progress in its journey. Spirits possess free will and can choose to be either positive or negative, but many don’t know they have a choice or have been conditioned to accept negativity.

In the negative realm more powerful spirits are sustained by weaker spirits. Spirits can manipulate matter and can be seen, heard and felt by someone that is highly sensitive. They can cause damage to cells and block energy flow in a physical form. Although spirits are emotionless, negative spirits can cause emotions in people by eliciting a chemical reaction in order to feed off of the energy.

When someone asks for a spiritual/natural/quantum healing, the first thing we do is to remove the spiritual negativity from within and around them, namely the spirits that have lost or have never acquired the positive knowledge of the Light. Once the removal is complete, the individual has a chance to enjoy working in harmony with their spirit so that both can flourish as they work together to create a positive existence.

Whenever I think of the billions of people on our planet, I reflect on their spiritual attributes rather than on their physical manifestations. I don’t mean this in a religious sense, since I’m not religious, but strictly in a metaphysical way. I’ve learned that in the spiritual realm there is…

No age
No race
No ethnicity
No class
No status
No gender
No religion
No physical traits…

There are only positive or negative spirits.

Over time we will evolve enough to constructively incorporate our spiritual knowledge into our human repertoire. Once this is accomplished, we may be able to use this integral part of our being to interact with more advanced beings who are probably awaiting our progress.

Alone Together

When you keep your spiritual openings closed, this essential act ensures that you and your spirit have the best chance at successful progress in this existence. The best defense against negative interference is to make a commitment to keep your spiritual openings or ‘chakras’ closed.

It’s not unusual for someone to have opened one or more of their chakras during a traumatic or extremely emotional event to allow in spiritual negativity/spirits. It’s still possible to close one’s chakras after the initial opening, but the spiritual negativity/spirits that entered will usually remain within the body. Since it’s paramount to your spiritual well-being that you have no other spiritual negativity/spirits inside your body, it’s necessary to completely clean out all your spiritual openings before you close them. This ensures that no spiritual negativity/spirit is left behind to cause problems or to invite further negative interference.

However, if any of the chakras become damaged, it’s no longer possible to close them and a healing is required. Once the functioning is restored, it allows the individual to regain control over all their spiritual openings, so that they can renew their commitment to keep them closed. One’s own spirit always has access to its own form and can enter and exit freely, as it did from conception.

Because negative spirits have lost their positive knowledge, they are mostly destructive or self-destructive. Once they enter a person through an open chakra, they feed on their host’s energy, and thrive on the negative energy that they create. For instance, a very angry person walks around stirring up anger in others because their crown or purple chakra is open, while a very emotional person absorbs and sends out emotional negativity through an open solar plexus or yellow chakra.

A Light* or Light-committed spirit will not coexist within a person that houses spiritual negativity, as its goal is to remain positive. The very idea of walking around with spiritual negativity inside negates a person’s efforts toward being positive. While a negatively-oriented spirit might accept and share a form, a positively-oriented spirit will remain largely outside their physical form to avoid such negativity. Once someone is cleaned out and closed, there is a distinct upswing in their outlook and overall well-being.

Some benefits of being and staying alone together with your spirit include:

Spiritual progress as your spirit works with you to gain strength and accept the positive knowledge of the Light;
Heightened awareness and much stronger refusal of negativity;
Better overall health and self-healing ability with improved chemical balance and energy flow;
Improved brain activity that inspires creativity and decision making;
Easier to love and believe in yourself;
More responsibility for your own actions; and
Increased energy when you recharge your spirit with the Light because the spiritual negativity/spirit is no longer draining you from within.

The importance of keeping your spiritual openings closed can’t be stressed enough, if you choose to work more effectively with your spirit to create a positive existence.

Why Stay in Body?

Perhaps it sounds very alluring to be floating up out of body into another plane of existence but, as I strive to remain in the positive realm, I’ve chosen to always stay in body in order to fully reject negativity at all levels.

Have you ever wondered about the implications when scientists keep telling us that we’re only using a fraction of our brain’s capacity? What do you think the function of the rest of our brain is supposed to be? What if we’re already using the other functions, but we just don’t recall what’s happening at the higher levels of our existence? Do we coexist in an advanced existence with higher level beings?

There are so many unanswered questions about our existence on this planet. Just as cosmologists refer to the greater part of our universe as consisting of dark energy, I believe that the majority of my being exists at the spiritual and interdimensional levels.

Back in my late teens, when I was stressed and very overtired, sometimes I used to feel myself floating up out of my body as I was trying to fall asleep. Just beforehand, I felt very uneasy, as though there was something wrong. Instead of getting up out of bed, I felt too tired to move. Then I would feel myself starting to float up out of my body, but I would get a strong sense of foreboding that urged me to retreat back into my form. Once I was terrified during an experience as I perceived a ‘black cloud’ that emanated negativity moving toward me. I had also found myself floating out of my body during the trauma of being raped by the parish priest when I was 10 years old.

Over time the sensation of floating worsened, the more I resisted the phenomenon and the frequency increased when I was with my ex-husband. I didn’t feel comfortable with the experience and would try to call out as I held onto the side of the mattress in an effort to remain on the bed. My body felt almost paralyzed and I would be unable to speak. Although I tried to share this experience with a couple of people, it wasn’t until many years later that I learned that was happening to me is called a hypnagogic state as one falls asleep.

When I told Leo Jean that I had been experiencing this phenomena and how it disturbed me, he helped me to understand that I had been resisting interaction with negative beings in a higher dimensional state. In other words, I was using my inherent intuition to resist being drawn out of my body as I fell asleep. During my work I’ve discovered that people are regularly being summoned out of their bodies to interact at the higher levels or in higher dimensions of reality.

From my perspective, learning to stay in body was a challenge, because I was doing it all the time without knowing it. Why did I want to stop this activity that some people might find fascinating? I wanted to stop because I realized that, in order to progress with my spirit into the Light*, I had to stop interacting with negativity at all levels. All my refusing, bringing in the Light, returning negativity to its source and all the other positive actions I was taking were all being thwarted because I was still interacting interdimensionally in a negative realm. It was already 6 years since I had started to work with Leo and I was holding back my own progress by accepting summons. Even without my conscious knowledge of this activity, I was still accepting negativity.

Usually the first sign of being summoned out of body is the draining of energy. So, when I was younger and very tired, the additional energy drain seemed to interfere with the normal process of going out of body and I recalled some aspects of the occurence. Once I learned to refuse this sensation, there was still much more effort needed. As my commitment to stay in body became more pronounced, so did the feeling that more effort was being given to draw me out.

Once I made the firm commitment that I was going to succeed at this positive choice, I noticed an increased amount of energy draining that took great effort to overcome. Over a 3-week period I noticed that I felt great fatigue during the day, even though I was getting enough sleep at night. Until I fully resisted the summons and made the commitment a reality, I had to limit my sleep only to the physical requirements of my body at night. In other words, I could rest but I couldn’t nap during the day while I was going through this period of endurance.

It was 21 years ago when I finally succeeded to remain in body, and I identified the moment of success. One afternoon, after the energy draining was really pronounced, I was resting and resisting the urge to fall asleep into a soothing nap. While I had my eyes closed, I could feel something brush by my foot. When I opened my eyes, for a fleeting instant, I could see the shape of an enormous ethereal being that was standing at the foot of the bed. It was so large that it was standing not on the floor, but at waist depth as the rest of its body went through the floor. When I saw it, I immediately refused it completely and hit it with the Light. With that final refusal, the interdimensional being disappeared and I never had a problem with being summoned out of body again.

With that absolute refusal, I felt like I had finally defeated my negative tendencies at all levels. Even though there are unknown levels of existence that most people have blocked or have chosen not to deal with, there is free will at all levels. I made the choice to remain in body, in third dimension and in positive reality at all times so that my spirit can progress with me.

In my work I suggest that my clients remain in body and that they refuse summons at all times. Most are surprised when they experience more energy and feel more in balance as a result of their efforts. Some have described being summoned as “extreme sleepiness right in the middle of a business meeting” or “having my brain sucked out of my body” as they refuse higher level summons. In addition to having more energy during the day, their rest during sleep at night is enhanced.

Above all, the most beneficial effect of choosing to stay in body at all times is that I keep my commitment to both my spirit and myself to remain in positive mode.

Within Our Realm

The concept of inter-dimensional beings interacting with humans within our known realm of existence might be difficult to imagine, but the sightings of mysterious giant hairy ape-like creatures throughout the world could shed some light on the possibility of such a phenomenon.

Last year an excellent Discovery documentary called: “Bigfoot The Definitive Guide” provided a global perspective to scientific research about the possible origins of the large omnivorous ape. The team of researchers, including Dr. Jeffrey Meldrum and Ian Redmond, pointed to a prehistoric ape, Gigantopithecus that last lived 300,000 years ago in Central China. The yeti of the Himalayan region and the mande barung of Northern India closely match the descriptions of the mysterious creature that is frequently sighted in the rainforest of the Pacific Northwest. It was speculated that some prehistoric apes could have migrated when the land bridge from Asia to North America existed. Another view was that the Bigfoot could be the result of evolutionary branching from the prehistoric species, Neanderthal. The Homo heidelbergensis was still alive when the first humans crossed the land bridge 12,000 years ago. It was noted that no piece of evidence, such as a finger bone, has ever been discovered that would substantiate the existence of the modern day creature, although a large number of credible sightings have been documented in the Northwest, especially on Vancouver Island, fittingly dubbed ‘Ape Island’.

An interesting recent episode of “Brad Meltzer: Decoded” featured an investigation into the strange disappearances of more than 60,000 people since 1988 in an area known as the ‘Alaska Triangle’, far exceeding the number of disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle. What is known is that there is definitely a high area of electromagnetic activity in the region from Juno to Barrow to Anchorage, where people have utterly “…disappeared off the face of the Earth.” The area drew some attention in 1972 when two sitting congressmen disappeared without a trace, and even infrared cameras couldn’t pick up their signature. One of the congressmen’s sons stated that he has actively studied the phenomenon ever since and that “…either the military was lying…or they disappeared.”

The investigative team consulted with a leading vortex expert about the mysterious energy anomalies in the Alaska Triangle that cause compasses and satellites to malfunction, causing interference with the flight instruments of aircraft flying over the area. The expert demonstrated the effect by using a quarter-sized “golden vortex” composed of 3 magnets. He explained that, when people are in such an area of spinning energy, much like a hurricane, they are susceptible to a shift in consciousness that can result in hallucinations and lost time (an effect of consciousness). He said that some people can actually see the lines of energy when viewing a magnetic anomaly, and that distortions in the transmission of light can produce strange visual effects that are not optical illusions. The team described their entry into the vortex area as an “adrenaline” or “psychic” “charge”.

Later in the program one of the team members interviewed an Alaskan Native who described the cultural myth of a shapeshifter entity known to the indigenous people. Although the Bigfoot is sighted throughout all of Alaska, the most ‘evil entity’ is found within the area of the Triangle. As a child he was told never to go into the forest alone, because the hairy creature was known to use sinister tactics to take children away and they were never to be seen again. He further noted that the fear of these creatures was spiritual for, once taken by one of these creatures, the person’s ‘soul’ would be captured and enslaved forever. No one dares to talk about these creatures and even the tribal elders fear them.

The legend of Sasquatch, as it’s known in the Pacific Northwest, has always intrigued me since I first heard of it when in my late teens. I can only speculate that they are possibly interdimensional creatures that share the space of our planet with us. Bigfoot creatures make it obvious that they do not want to interact within our realm. Perhaps their continued existence and spiritual progress rely on their separation from humans, so they ward off contact by any means possible. It almost seems like the Sasquatch deliberately evokes fear in witnesses in an effort to drive them away. While the people of the First Nations already regard the Sasquatch with due respect, there should be a more appropriate reaction by travelers and hunters than blatant fear that could signal the wrong message when encountering these intelligent creatures.

Leo Jean has been known to calmly communicate with mammals by communicating with them at the higher level that no harm or interference is intended. I myself have had a higher-level contact experience with a wild animal that was very surprising to me at the time. Several years ago outside our home in Florida a red fox came ambling along the back of our property, only about 20 feet from where I was standing. It startled me, but I remembered to stay very calm and then it made eye contact with me. I told it mentally that I would not harm it and that it could continue on its way. A couple of days later, I had a thought that the fox was going to cut through the property. As I went to the window to look outside, it was just getting dark and the fox was on its way past the house. This happened a few more times and then I realized that I needed to refuse the fox, because I was making a connection with it that served no positive purpose and it could be an opening for negative spiritual interference.

The point is that we could be doing a lot more with the power of our minds to make contact with Bigfoot and other species than is currently being explored. What if a Bigfoot knows how to enter and exit energy vortexes to reach the place to which all those people have disappeared? Wouldn’t that knowledge be far more valuable than a biological study of its physical form?

Perhaps we should rethink our approach to information gathering on these mysterious and highly intelligent beings that seem to use interdimensional knowledge as they travel through our realm.

Believe in the Power of Your Selves (Part 3)

Working with Your Spiritual Self
(…continued from Part 2)

My spiritual self is the most powerful amplifier of all my efforts to work with my composite selves. The natural process of working daily with my spirit allows me to experience the cumulative knowledge of the universal Light*.

From what my partner, Leo Jean, and I have learned over the past 27 years while working with people from all over the world, all the spirits within all the beings on our planet have adapted differently in their existence. While a limited number of spirits might have created their bodies to pursue positive knowledge, most spirits are either inherently negative or conditioned to be so. Although many spirits strive to be positive, most are caught up in the negativity that is promoted at the higher levels of existence. The refusal and removal of negative spiritual activity is paramount if you choose to be positive and bring your spirit into the Light.

Here are a few illustrations of what it means to work with your spiritual self:

1. Karmic debt

Your spirit can bring negative encumbrances it has accumulated over time into your physical form. The way that a karmic debt is placed upon a spirit is through the summoning of a group of spirits that will remain with that spirit throughout its existence. These problems are passed on to you at the spiritual level, so you bear the memory. Just as your higher self has all the knowledge of your physical existence from conception, your spirit carries all of the knowledge of its existence from its origin.

In order to rid yourself of the groups of spirits, you begin by refusing all of the negativity at its source. When you refuse in this way, you’re refusing the original spirits that enacted the karmic debt and I can remove them. Note that curses are very similar to karmic debt, but are placed in the current lifetime.

2. Spiritual apertures

Since you control your spiritual openings at the physical level, telling yourself to keep your chakras permanently closed is the ideal course of action. It makes sense that each person is supposed to have only one spirit, so your own spirit doesn’t have to ask permission to access your form. However, people with one or more open chakras have allowed other spirits to enter them through their unattended spiritual openings. Sometimes a powerful spirit can cause a chakra to jam open, so that the person loses control over its opening and closing. If a spiritual opening has been damaged, then a healing is necessary to repair and its function and to restore equilibrium to the body.

3. Using the Light

Although it’s your responsibility at the physical level to bring in and direct the use of the Light, it’s your spirit that uses the Light to counteract negative energies and influences. Note that the knowledge of the Light is cumulative and requires dedication to acquire proficiency.

Sometimes a person’s spirit is negatively oriented and it will be reluctant or unwilling to accept the Light. Once a person addresses the negative conditions that interferes with them, they can begin to work with a Light-committed spirit. It isn’t long before I can see their spirit flash with increasing brightness as it progresses toward the Light. A spirit that is committed to the Light is eager, robust and dauntless in its acceptance of its commitment to work with its physical form.

Once your spiritual self is comfortable with your commitment to work with it, there will be a distinct difference in how your spiritual efforts are felt at the physical level. Here are some ways that you can ask your spirit to help you:

Bring the Light into your body to remove negativity
Send negativity back to the sender with the Light
Detect the presence of negative influences and encumbrances

As you direct the interaction of all aspects of your selves to adapt positive knowledge, your life will be filled with more meaning and harmony as you tune into the positive frequency of the Light.

Believe in the Power of Your Selves (Part 2)

Working Physically with Your Higher & InterD Selves
(…continued from Part 1)

If you want to progress with your spirit to become positive and achieve harmony in your life, it’s your responsibility to take action at the physical level to be the conductor of the higher-level aspects of your being.

Physical form

As the vehicle in which my spirit travels, I must work at the physical level to ensure that my activities at all levels do not interfere with my spirit’s progress. I’ve learned to respond to communications from my higher self and spirit, so that we are all working in unison. I’ve learned to fine tune my response to negative interference by becoming more sensitive and aware of it, so that I can refuse and deal with it as soon as possible. As I become better at working with my higher levels of being, I progress alongside my spirit.

Higher Self

When I direct any physical activity related to other dimensions or planes of existence, I ask my higher self to help me. My higher self can also help me to make decisions based on my inherent intuitive skills.

Here are some ways to direct your higher self:

During self-healing ask your higher self to help you bring the Light*’s healing energy into your body.
When refusing negativity, ask your higher self to help you to remove the negativity from your form that originates from higher-level sources.
Ask your higher self to help you to make a decision, solve a problem or to help in a creative process. Then leave it alone and the answer will come to you without effort some time later. Leo Jean describes this response process as similar to the fleeting glimpse of a butterfly as it flitters by.

Your higher self is your liaison with your spirit; you send communication to your spirit through your higher self and your spirit’s response is sent through your higher self.

Inter-dimensional Self

The tendency to travel into a higher dimensional state as a response to a traumatic event or when summoned to leave by someone at the higher level is a common way to accept negativity and get into trouble spiritually.

If you don’t know how to keep your interD self in the positive realm, it’s an open welcome to attract negative entities that are looking for ways to enter or control a form. If you accept calls into the inter-dimensional plane, you’re accepting everything that this activity draws to you, which could include accepting a large negative influence that adheres you to commitments at the higher level. It’s important to know how to protect yourself inter-dimensionally by learning how to stay in body and to refuse summons.

As an example of how refusing at the higher level works, when I first made a commitment to work with my spirit and the Light I was approached at the higher level to accept a negative commitment. I was invited to enter a circle in a dream. As I had just become aware of the trickery that can be used to entice someone to accept negativity at the higher level, I was aware of my peculiar circumstances in the dream. Someone in the circle passed a document to me for my signature. I looked at it without reading anything, and said “No!” As I refused to accept whatever negative commitment had been presented in that symbolic document, I was refusing at the inter-dimensional level.

Since that early experience, I’ve trained over many years to use my inter-dimensional skills across any distance to perceive and remove the negative interference that influences people. At the same time I protect myself by remaining in body while working inter-dimensionally, so that I am not susceptible to any negative interference during the process.

Once you’re able to better adapt the activities of your physical, higher and inter-dimensional selves to the positive realm, you’ll be able to help your spirit to progress into the positive perfection of the Light.
