Help Your Spirit & Help Yourself

Lake Louise 7.2018 wp Sometimes life can seem difficult under present circumstances, but you can direct yourself toward the life experience you desire by acquiring positive spiritual knowledge. The initiation of positive changes is one of the best ways to provide yourself with the unique experiences that can strengthen you as you adapt to meet new challenges that help both you and your spirit to progress toward a positive state.

Resolving issues in your life can take time and effort to accomplish. It’s easy to imagine that remaining in the same predicament won’t make spiritual negativity or any other kind of negativity go away. Rather than continuing on an unintended trajectory in life, you can get help to change direction by working with your spirit.

From my own perspective, I learned to utilize positive higher-level skills that helped me to overcome the negative onslaught that typically accompanies life-bettering endeavors. After many years of hesitation, four years ago I made a legal claim against the RC Church to expose the perverted actions of a previously undetected pedophile priest that had sexually assaulted me as a child. Although there was a great deal of anxiety caused by churning up all the memories of the abuse and its effects on my early life, the telling of my story helped me to remove the balance of the lingering spiritual negativity.

Most often, fear and shame force victims into silence. Sexual abuse at any age causes great spiritual impairment, as the direct and indirect consequences increasingly inundate a survivor with negativity. However, the growing number of people who have been coming forward to report sexual abuse or harassment brings strength to all those who have remained silent. Immediately before the #MeToo movement went viral last year, I had just completed legal proceedings against the church. Like so many people, I had been fearful of the difficult process of confronting the church’s protective and scheming lawyers, who were rudely skeptical of my story.

This week’s grand jury report that exposed the decades-long activities of predatory priests in Pennsylvania make me feel elated that so many survivors have finally come forward! Innocent survivors that should never be ashamed and fearful. However, the ever-silent and complicit Vatican officials’ feeble responses indicate their unwillingness to properly deal with the pedophilia that runs rampant in their institution. It’s essential for all survivors to fight back against any criminal who destroyed their joy and initiated difficulty in their life.

When you strive for a positive future, self-love brings you increasingly closer into harmony with your spirit. When you stop loving yourself, due to fear, shame, or guilt, you diminish the strength of your spirit and risk being overwhelmed by spiritual negativity. If you’ve suffered any abuse in your lifetime, it’s finally time to come forward and talk about it, so you can fight back, and initiate the change you need to return to a state of self-love.

Everything happens for a reason and, as an innocent child, I had absolutely no spiritual knowledge. Now I work strongly at the spiritual level without fear and with total confidence in my spirit’s wisdom and ability!

You can facilitate your own spiritual progress by loving yourself more each day and by standing up for yourself – especially against the negativity that makes you feel fearful and vulnerable.

You Are a Star – Speak Out!

A spiral in Andromeda The other day one of my friends on social media shared a 2014 video of a tearful young North Korean woman who delivered a compelling account of her perilous journey to what she thought was freedom in China. As they navigated by the night sky, Yeon-mi Park described how she felt that only the stars were with them. This is one of the feelings that oppressed or abused people deal with throughout their lives, because they have been separated from the harmony within that was meant to exist. In speaking out about the tragedy that she and others in her country have lived through, this brave young refugee exemplifies the need to talk about abusive experiences in order for self-healing to take place.

One thing that I’ve had to learn as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse is that I’ve had to deal with not only the self-destructive feelings in the aftermath of the abuse, but also with the physical repercussions of feeling isolated from everyone else in my life. My own experience, although not nearly as tragic as Yeon-mi’s, once brought me to the same place: looking up at the stars and wondering if anyone anywhere even cared about me.

One thing about keeping secrets is that, for the purpose of keeping someone else’s confidence, such promises ‘not to tell anyone’ are proper morals in our society. However, when someone has abused you and threatened you not to tell anyone, the corrosive nature of that twisted confidentiality gradually eats away at you from within. Too many people are walking around today, like I used to, with self-destructive tendencies because of the shameful secrets of victimization that have led to withdrawal, depression, self-medication and uncharacteristic behavior.

We survivors of abuse must speak out, because it’s the only way to stop the deterioration 0105-4x5color.ai of our being and start the healing process. We did nothing wrong, but bear the shame and guilt of having been violated, often by the people we were supposed to have trusted most. Unless we break through the fear and finally tell a friend, family member or seek professional help, the hurt will keep festering away within. Not only does the aftermath of abuse cause emotional and mental difficulty and ongoing trauma to our bodies, it also impacts our spiritual selves in a vicious cycle of pernicious negativity. Fortunately I found a way to work within with my spirit, so that I was able to stop the cycle to regain my self-esteem, dignity and self-heal over time.

It’s clear that, no matter how difficult it is to come forward, we must speak out loudly against abuse and oppression, so that depravity and corruption of power can be exposed and curtailed. And equally as important, instead of being judgmental, we must listen to others and be understanding of their experience. Otherwise, at the planetary and personal levels, we could all be complicit in allowing such atrocities to continue to happen to the world’s children.

The next time you look up at the stars, realize that you’re not the only one who has gazed upon them either in wonderment or for solace – we are all stars in the mesh of humanity!

Spiritual Resistance

Last Sunday’s display of solidarity in Paris most certainly eclipsed the demented savagery that took place earlier that week in the City of Light. The citizens of Paris further illuminated the world’s trademark center for art and liberty when they stood together and declared their defiance against the threat of terrorism. Refusal of fear at all levels can help us deal with the impact of such heinous acts.

The fear generated by threats against our right to live in a free and modern society triggers a further reaction at the higher level. Everyone has a choice in how they direct their own spirituality, but some are using religion as a pretext for murdering innocents. Such ideologically motivated acts of terrorism generate spiritual negativity that can cause unexpected and problematic outcomes as it fuels higher-level antagonism.

When people are afraid of any unknown assailant, the ensuing anxiety creates an atmosphere full of doubt, mistrust and suspicion of everyone they encounter bearing a similar description. We all want to feel safe but we don’t want our uncertainty to translate into paranoia that attracts and fuels more negativity.

As a result of abandoning the tradition of religious participation, I’ve refused in the most absolute sense all of the higher-level negativity that would otherwise be drawn to me as a result of such association. When people bring religion into a conversation, I tell them I’m not religious, but I’m very spiritual – but that seems to cause some confusion! When I work with my spirit, I rid myself of higher-level negativity that would otherwise seep into my world at all levels in either subtle or blatant ways.

In order to take the fight against tyranny to the higher level, we can refuse all the negativity generated by terrorists and return it to them multiplied by whatever factor we decide, with positive energy (pure white Light*) as the delivery method. In this way the negatively oriented terrorists will receive back all their perverted intentions, along with a healthy dose of positive energy – won’t that be disturbing to their dismal cause!

When we witnessed a million Parisians rallied together to display their defiance against coerciveness, they emanated a resounding resistance against fear. As we choose not to be afraid and take positive steps toward counteracting fear within ourselves, we contribute to freedom at all levels.

Weapons of Innocents Destruction

When I turned on the TV last night after spending 2 days on the road, I found yet another senseless genocide of innocents had taken place in America the Beautiful. Just after what might have turned into a catastrophe at the mall in Oregon last week, yesterday’s unspeakable act in Connecticut defies all explanation!

Apart from having the good citizens of America volunteering to hand over their personal arsenals of deadly weapons, there is seemingly no way to stop those who are beyond the reach of reason from acting out this nightmare scenario again.

While the TSA is screening everyone that boards an airplane and government buildings are already like military bases, what can America do about their now regular event gun violence sprees? Why is everyone hanging on to the 2^nd Amendment to ensure their freedom? Do they distrust their government so much that they’re willing to continue the risk of allowing anyone to stockpile weapons that could be used to kill babies? Why is it so easy to obtain these weapons of innocents destruction?

How do Americans return safety to their movie theaters, shopping malls and schools? Is every public place now a potential setting for such an unspeakable tragedy?

I thought that America was the Land of the Free, not the Feared.

Within Our Realm

The concept of inter-dimensional beings interacting with humans within our known realm of existence might be difficult to imagine, but the sightings of mysterious giant hairy ape-like creatures throughout the world could shed some light on the possibility of such a phenomenon.

Last year an excellent Discovery documentary called: “Bigfoot The Definitive Guide” provided a global perspective to scientific research about the possible origins of the large omnivorous ape. The team of researchers, including Dr. Jeffrey Meldrum and Ian Redmond, pointed to a prehistoric ape, Gigantopithecus that last lived 300,000 years ago in Central China. The yeti of the Himalayan region and the mande barung of Northern India closely match the descriptions of the mysterious creature that is frequently sighted in the rainforest of the Pacific Northwest. It was speculated that some prehistoric apes could have migrated when the land bridge from Asia to North America existed. Another view was that the Bigfoot could be the result of evolutionary branching from the prehistoric species, Neanderthal. The Homo heidelbergensis was still alive when the first humans crossed the land bridge 12,000 years ago. It was noted that no piece of evidence, such as a finger bone, has ever been discovered that would substantiate the existence of the modern day creature, although a large number of credible sightings have been documented in the Northwest, especially on Vancouver Island, fittingly dubbed ‘Ape Island’.

An interesting recent episode of “Brad Meltzer: Decoded” featured an investigation into the strange disappearances of more than 60,000 people since 1988 in an area known as the ‘Alaska Triangle’, far exceeding the number of disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle. What is known is that there is definitely a high area of electromagnetic activity in the region from Juno to Barrow to Anchorage, where people have utterly “…disappeared off the face of the Earth.” The area drew some attention in 1972 when two sitting congressmen disappeared without a trace, and even infrared cameras couldn’t pick up their signature. One of the congressmen’s sons stated that he has actively studied the phenomenon ever since and that “…either the military was lying…or they disappeared.”

The investigative team consulted with a leading vortex expert about the mysterious energy anomalies in the Alaska Triangle that cause compasses and satellites to malfunction, causing interference with the flight instruments of aircraft flying over the area. The expert demonstrated the effect by using a quarter-sized “golden vortex” composed of 3 magnets. He explained that, when people are in such an area of spinning energy, much like a hurricane, they are susceptible to a shift in consciousness that can result in hallucinations and lost time (an effect of consciousness). He said that some people can actually see the lines of energy when viewing a magnetic anomaly, and that distortions in the transmission of light can produce strange visual effects that are not optical illusions. The team described their entry into the vortex area as an “adrenaline” or “psychic” “charge”.

Later in the program one of the team members interviewed an Alaskan Native who described the cultural myth of a shapeshifter entity known to the indigenous people. Although the Bigfoot is sighted throughout all of Alaska, the most ‘evil entity’ is found within the area of the Triangle. As a child he was told never to go into the forest alone, because the hairy creature was known to use sinister tactics to take children away and they were never to be seen again. He further noted that the fear of these creatures was spiritual for, once taken by one of these creatures, the person’s ‘soul’ would be captured and enslaved forever. No one dares to talk about these creatures and even the tribal elders fear them.

The legend of Sasquatch, as it’s known in the Pacific Northwest, has always intrigued me since I first heard of it when in my late teens. I can only speculate that they are possibly interdimensional creatures that share the space of our planet with us. Bigfoot creatures make it obvious that they do not want to interact within our realm. Perhaps their continued existence and spiritual progress rely on their separation from humans, so they ward off contact by any means possible. It almost seems like the Sasquatch deliberately evokes fear in witnesses in an effort to drive them away. While the people of the First Nations already regard the Sasquatch with due respect, there should be a more appropriate reaction by travelers and hunters than blatant fear that could signal the wrong message when encountering these intelligent creatures.

Leo Jean has been known to calmly communicate with mammals by communicating with them at the higher level that no harm or interference is intended. I myself have had a higher-level contact experience with a wild animal that was very surprising to me at the time. Several years ago outside our home in Florida a red fox came ambling along the back of our property, only about 20 feet from where I was standing. It startled me, but I remembered to stay very calm and then it made eye contact with me. I told it mentally that I would not harm it and that it could continue on its way. A couple of days later, I had a thought that the fox was going to cut through the property. As I went to the window to look outside, it was just getting dark and the fox was on its way past the house. This happened a few more times and then I realized that I needed to refuse the fox, because I was making a connection with it that served no positive purpose and it could be an opening for negative spiritual interference.

The point is that we could be doing a lot more with the power of our minds to make contact with Bigfoot and other species than is currently being explored. What if a Bigfoot knows how to enter and exit energy vortexes to reach the place to which all those people have disappeared? Wouldn’t that knowledge be far more valuable than a biological study of its physical form?

Perhaps we should rethink our approach to information gathering on these mysterious and highly intelligent beings that seem to use interdimensional knowledge as they travel through our realm.

Ousting Negativity – Part 2

(…Part 1)

Children would seem to be the most vulnerable to the influence of spiritual negativity, but they are actually very adept at combating negative interference. From their neutral innocent standpoint, young children are inherently sensitive to the spiritual realm and already understand how to deal with it.

From early in life children are enticed to interact with beings that exist in higher dimensions and, while adults call this imagination, it is very real. Sometimes, when a child senses the presence of an inter-dimensional being, it will be in the form of something that begs their trust, like a friendly ghost, an angel or a beautiful fairy. Rather than immediately accept the impact of such an encounter, a child’s first reaction should be to refuse and throw Light* to hit the being. If the being is positive, the Light will give it energy and it will sparkle its own spiritual Light. If the being is negative, it will retreat or vanish when hit with the Light. If more children were aware of how to use the Light in self-defense, fewer would suffer from the interference of negative beings that feed off of their energy.

As creatures of instinct, we all have the choice to react with fear or defiance when threatened at all levels of our being. If you react in confidence by refusing first, fear will not be given the opportunity to present itself and break down your defenses. A child’s imagination can yield powerful results when counteracting negativity, as children are constantly being challenged in their efforts to remain in a positive state.

An example from my early childhood might help to explain how a child whose spirit is helping them to resist the pervasiveness of negativity can stand up to a coercive invitation to interact in a negative realm. While I don’t remember most childhood dreams, this one stands out significantly.

When I was eight years old, I awoke in a dream to find what I recognized to be a ‘witch’ sitting up beside me in my bed. (She looked like the witch from the “Mighty Mouse” cartoon.) When I saw her, I was petrified and stood up on the bed to face her. The witch told me that she had brought me a gift, and held out a necklace made of round stones that I should put on. When I refused her gift, she told me that she had come to take me away with her. When I kept telling her that I wasn’t going to go anywhere with her, she wouldn’t take “No!” for an answer. As she tried to break my free will, I remained steadfast and didn’t allow her to break my resolve. As a child I perceived the being that appeared to me as a witch to be ‘bad’ and I was not going to give in to her.

Finally, after what seemed like a very long time (and was probably only a few split seconds), I thought of something. I told her that, if I were forced to go with her, I would have to say good-bye to my parents. The ‘witch’ agreed and allowed me to get out of bed and go downstairs to say my farewells. When I returned, I brought my father with me, wielding a gun. The witch disappeared and I woke up, trembling, in the tranquility of my bed. My father often worked nights, so he wasn’t even home, nor had he ever owned a gun.

Although at the time I didn’t consciously know how to work with my spirit, my spirit knew how to help me to use my imagination as a tool to properly refuse while in my dream state. Many of our higher-level encounters occur in the dream state, so it’s important to learn how to bring positive knowledge to all levels of our being. If I had accepted the offer of the necklace, I would have accepted some sort of inter-dimensional loyalty to that being. If I had accepted the summons to leave my body, I would have accepted and succumbed to whatever unknown terms went along with that agreement. Fortunately, even as a child, I chose to be positive. After that point, I went through the hardest part of my life, but I still refused to give in to all the negativity that continued to challenge me.

My spirit has been helping me all my life, but I had been conditioned to let go of that all-important connection to the highest part of myself. Thankfully, I reconnected with my spirit and will continue to learn and, hopefully, inspire others to work within with their own spirit.

My work with Leo Jean has brought me many lessons in how to deal with spiritual negativity, and next I’ll share the story of how a young man was tricked into responding to almost exactly the same enticement that I faced with the ‘witch’ in my dream.
