Are you an ‘old soul’? Of course you are! Everyone has an ‘old soul,’ because all spirits are timeless!

When you think about it, all the stuff in our universe is purported to have originated from a single source at the same moment in time, so all matter is then the same age. Through my many years of helping people spiritually, I’ve learned that all spirits similarly originated from an infinite source – so all spirits have the same timeless nature!

When a spirit chooses to create a form for the purpose of progressing, either positively or negatively, it leaves its quantum state in order to progress in that form. Spirits exist in a timelessness in which they can potentially exist at random in many states simultaneously until they create a form and their progress can be measured.

A spirit’s state of being reflects its accumulated knowledge. Rather than think of our spirits as old or young, we could gauge them as being knowledgeable or ignorant or, more broadly, positive or negative. When a spirit acquires positive knowledge, it accumulates the wisdom and beneficial effects of the Light*, while a spirit that settles for negative knowledge steers away from the Light and adapts to the consequences of its choices.

A lifetime measured in our time is a mere blink on the cosmic scale of time, while a spirit’s progress is measured not in time, but in the amount of deterioration or retention of its pure white light emission. Advanced negatively oriented spirits can emit any light spectra – except for pure white light. As a spirit acquires the positive energy of the pure white Light, it achieves a higher frequency and vibration that allows it to overcome the detrimental effects of the negative realm.

When your spirit created you, it brought its knowledge/ignorance to assist/inhibit you during this life. How would you go about progressing with your spirit? The fundamental principle of positive progress is to utilize the Light to help you counteract negativity and infuse your spirit with the Light.
