Counteracting Negative Impact

Asteroids orbiting in main belt between Mars and Jupiter via hubblesite.org Image Credit: R. Evans & K. Stapelfeldt (JPL) and NASAAt times our existence on this planet seems so precarious, especially when we experience such wakeup calls as the asteroid flyby and explosive meteor over southern Russia February 15th.  Just as world governments bear the responsibility of creating the means by which we can protect our planet from such natural hazards, we all bear the responsibility to refuse negativity so that each of our spirits can progress positively within us.

A few weeks ago, as I was pulling the car onto the road in front of our (former) house outside Montréal, I looked up toward the east and saw a bright fireball cascading across the sky.  Since it was so bright, at first I thought it might have been an aircraft on fire.  But, as I watched it arcing across my line of vision, I saw it glow reddish then disappear, so I knew I’d seen a meteor.  And it was fascinating!  By that time I had already begun to regard the impending impact of a large celestial object striking our planet as a real possibility yet, at that moment, the sight of that fireball simply filled me with a sense of wonder.  Afterward it brought home with greater validity the realization that asteroids are part of our planet’s natural environment.

Although the recent cosmic activity has alerted the general public to the very real possibility of a celestial body creating havoc on our planet, there have already been steps taken by NASA to track and map the largest asteroids, but they’ve only located a few.  What’s needed is international cooperation to fund and create the advanced technology necessary to enable the deflection of such asteroids as Apophis, the big one that’s heading our way in 2029 and again in 2036.  If we do nothing, we risk the chance of a direct hit.  Just thinking about it isn’t enough.

In his Newsweek article, Dr. Michio Kaku outlined some of the proposed technology that would alleviate the threat, adding:

“It is inevitable that one day we will be hit, and hit hard. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. We realize this every time we see the pockmarked surface of the moon. Unfortunately, without an early-warning system, we don’t know when such an impact might take place.”  (See link to entire article below.)

Just like asteroids and comets are attracted to our planet, negativity is at some level attracted to each one of us.   We’re all being bombarded day and night with negativity and, unless we commit to doing something about it, we’re sitting targets to this constant negative pummeling.  The little grains-of-sand meteor-type hits are easy but, eventually, a big hit will come in and bring with it the kind of personal devastation that no one desires.  There are always positive solutions when you’re ready to create them, but it’s always so much harder to counteract negativity when you’re caught off guard in a state of weakness without means and knowledge.

Here are a few ways to fight the negativity in your daily life:

  1. Make a commitment to yourself to refuse negativity whenever it arises. Become more aware of the negativity that you’re accepting.  Take a few seconds to refuse all sources.  As you get used to doing this, you’ll get better at it.
  2. Refusing negativity is the first step, but you also need to replace the negativity with something positive. Remove yourself from the negative environment.  Go for a walk in the fresh air; excuse yourself from a negative conversation; get rid of objects that remind you of past negative situations.
  3. Take steps to change your situation, if you’re unhappy with the way your life is unfolding.  Quit worrying and regretting.  Forgive yourself more often. Start looking for a new job; strengthen or end relationships; move into a new location that suits you better; you get the drift of it!
  4. Love yourself a little more.  Start doing more of the things that you love to do for yourself: Exercise more, eat better, sleep better; play a musical instrument; build something; learn something new that interests and/or pleases you! There are plenty of ways to make your life more positive–be creative!
  5. “Ideally” request a healing/removal from me.  I will immediately remove the large packets of spiritual negativity and allow you to start from a position of strength.
Just as the world needs to find act to diffuse the inevitability of an asteroid hitting the Earth, only by fighting back against negativity, by building strength of resistance and by creating a positive stance will we endure the impact of negative personal onslaughts.

Side note: After our move from Montréal, I thought I’d see if there were any reports on record about the meteor I’d seen. I found that, according to the American Meteor Society, 50 reports had been received about the fireball (a meteor that is larger than normal), and it’s rare for an individual to see one or two fireballs per lifetime. (Wow!)

“…Learn the Natural Law”

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculptures imbedded within a crystal horn of plentyThe other day someone in the twitterverse asked me what the term “natural law” meant in the context of the message I received when I was 15, as described in my post called “Early Flat Screen Presentation,” so I’ll attempt to answer that in part now.

What the otherworldly beings said was: “This life you lead is a test.  In order to pass you must learn the natural law.”

First of all, I should state that I didn’t really know why I was selected to be the recipient of that telepathic message.  It wasn’t a dream; I was fully awake in a public restaurant.  I never experienced anything like that before or since.  At first it seemed to spark confusion in me, since it was so vivid and I couldn’t talk about it with anyone, except the girlfriends who were with me at the time.

From my perspective the event was life changing, since the portion of the message that was left with my consciousness was so clear and I only began to understand its significance when I started to work with my spirit 15 years later, and Leo suggested that the beings were from the future.  The only “natural law” that I knew when I was 15 was that of physics, which I happened to be studying at the time.  It didn’t make sense to me then that they would be telling me that my life depended on the laws of physics.  Now that I’m so much older (and more ‘seasoned’), I believe that the message incorporated the learning of many natural laws including those in the fields of physics, science, philosophy, medicine, law, morality and nature itself.

The beings I saw when I was 15 years old.

Most physicists agree that all the laws of physics are the same in our universe but, in the so-called Many Worlds Theory it’s postulated that there are multiple universes and the laws of physics are potentially different in each one.  Given this format, one could suppose that all natural laws could be different elsewhere.  For instance, there could be a universe in which people might rejoice one’s death and mourn at one’s birth.  In another universe the moral law could dictate that everyone has to be cruel and despotic, while those who are kind and compassionate are morally corrupt.

As a result of my many years of working with my spirit and glimpsing into the spiritual journeys of others, I’ve come to believe that the spiritual natural law is likely the same throughout the multiverse and is interconnected with the Light*. With its multiple timeless existences, a spirit can be recognized as the quantum part of our human repertoire.  The message started with “this life…” to differentiate this life from another, as if to suggest its significance in my quantum existence.

Quite frankly, I’m still learning about “the natural law”.  Sometimes I wonder whether the greater part of the message (about 5 minutes long) has been buried within me as a suggestion.  Maybe it was downloaded to me for future reference and will continue to give me inspiration along the way.  In the meantime, I will pursue my efforts to gain a further and deeper understanding of my own interpretation of what it means to “learn the natural law.” It’s interesting that I’ve already learned to use my brain in a more advanced way to communicate across the planet in my higher level healing work.  Since the message I received was sent telepathically, I’ve included a link below to a short video on collective intelligence by the popular theoretical physicist Michio Kaku.

Perhaps the meaning behind the message about the concept of learning “the natural law” is to inspire others to pursue the answers to the questions about the reasons for our current existence.

The Power to Refuse Negative Thoughts

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop crystal baseNegative thoughts are constantly bombarding all of us as we navigate through our lives, but some people are tormented because they have so little power to refuse them. When someone is prone to persistent negative thoughts, there is most often a spiritual reason that prevents them from overcoming their persuasion.

Every living being on our planet is born with the instinct to survive, and each individual has the remarkable capacity to overcome a myriad of negative obstacles.  However, when one’s resolve has been compromised by the intrusion of negative energy/spirits, it diminishes their capacity to resist the impact of higher level  negativity.

Why are some people more sensitive than others, so that they seem to attract and absorb more negativity?  Although it’s partly due to their level of perception and intuitive knowledge of how to deal with it, I think there’s a spiritual reason at its core.  When a child is bothered at the higher level, he or she will simply say: “No!” and it’s usually enough to stop the negative influence but, if a child is subjected to abuse, they’re susceptible to being overwhelmed by the negative energies/spirits that are attracted to such events.

When I met Leo Jean, he told me how he had helped over 40 suicidal teenagers by giving them a more positive outlook on their life.  In the few years prior to our meeting, kids from the community used to ask Leo if they could talk with him; all of them had been abused in one way or the other; and Leo helped them to identify with how he had overcome his own difficult experiences to discover there was a way past their own problems.  Leo says of the tough times: “It’s just a passage of time.”

It’s alarming to me why so many people seriously contemplate committing suicide because, to me, it’s like committing self-murder and I could never hurt anyone, let alone myself.  In my entire life, despite everything I went through, I only once had the thought of ending it all.  I was 16 at the time, and it was just a fleeting thought.  But I made sure that I immediately removed it from my mind, because it stunned me that I would have such a negative idea.  I’ve always believed that in life there must always be something bright and positive to move toward on the other side of any difficulty.

So where did that thought come from?  Was there a part of me that was so negative that I would resort to such destruction?  Or, at a time when I was emotionally distraught, did the thought come from outside myself and I mistook it for my own?  I think it was the latter.  It was only during my work with Leo that I was able to fully understand that the energy of such a negative thought comes from the higher level and that I had intuitively refused it.

The first time I heard of someone being taunted to self-destruct was over 20 years ago, when a feisty 80-year-old woman came to see us because she was tormented by a cacophony of voices that were continuously urging her to throw herself from her 5-storey balcony.  More recently was the healing across distance of a very sensitive 20-year-old woman, Lisa*, that had allowed the energies of others to affect her so much that she was unable to turn off her absorption of negativity.  Both women intuitively knew the source of their self-destructive tendencies was spiritual, and they were brave enough to fight back for their lives.

Five years before she contacted us, Lisa had been diagnosed as schizophrenic.  She suffered from extremely painful headaches and was taking medication that helped to lessen, but never removed, the pain.  Lisa explained that she felt she no longer had any “barriers to the negative energy emitted by negative people” and felt that, if it continued, it would lead her to her “ultimate destruction – suicide”.  Yet she went on to describe how she felt those thoughts could not be her own, because she was a very positive, creative and outgoing person.  As a gifted performer, her greatest desire was to be able to stand on stage without the debilitating pain.

Not only had Lisa opened to several spirits years earlier but, as time went on, more of her spiritual openings becameLeo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop crystal base jammed open, amplifying her thoughts of self-destruction.  Without a positively oriented spirit to help her at the spiritual level, Lisa had been unable to refuse the onslaught of negativity and had become more susceptible to it.  She had taken time off from university and was living at home; her father was paying for her healing, but we never spoke to him.  She convinced us that she would be ready and able to refuse when we worked with her over the phone.

Once her damaged chakras were repaired and she was closed to negative energy/spirits, Lisa found that, by working with her new positively oriented spirit, she was finally able to close to the destructive energy that she felt around certain people.  During the next month, while she was receiving daily spiritual support, she learned to refuse the negative energies that used to engulf her at university and in other public places.  Her headaches stopped; she was off to work in another country with friends for the summer; and she looked forward to returning to school in the fall.

A strong resolve and a positively oriented spirit provide the refusal power that’s needed to defeat self-destructive and other negative thoughts that can be emanating from a higher level source.

Sense of Separation

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on crystal boxJust as a child feels terrified when separated from their parents, in a similar way a spirit can experience frustration when separated from its body.

Most people assume that their spirit (soul) is happily nestled within them, but this isn’t always the case.  When a spirit is constantly ignored because there is no communication between it and its body, it gradually weakens.  If this persists over a prolonged period of time, a spirit becomes vulnerable to stronger spirits that are attracted to their body.

When I was a child, I was never given any information about my spirit, other than my immortal soul would be sent to hell if I didn’t worship a deity in the way that I was instructed.  Gladly this blatant scare tactic  didn’t stop me from wondering if it were all true.  I was told that my spirit belonged to someone else but, once I learned that it really belongs to me, it changed my whole outlook on life.

A spirit depends on its body to interact with it and, when we’re small children, we inherently know how to do this. Then, as we reach a certain point, we tend to forget as we start to follow the instructions of those who are in charge of our lives.

Most of us are taught at an early age to relinquish the plight of our spirit to a deity that has been conceptualized by an institution and believe we never have to worry about it again.  Religions take control over one’s spirituality, while working with one’s spirit presents the ultimate freedom.

As the pressures of life mount, people can actually open up to allow less-than-beneficial spirits into their form through their spiritual apertures.  This initially happens as children and teenagers experience emotional overload in response to the trauma of mistreatment such as beatings, molestation, rape, bullying and other childhood abuse that causes intense emotions such as:

Fear                        Guilt                        Hatred                        Anxiety            Despair
Anger                     Sadness                  Self-pity                     Jealousy

Once a child opens a spiritual opening related to an emotional upheaval, they’re vulnerable to the influence of aimlessLeo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on crystal box spirits that hang around, looking for an opportunity to invade a child through an open chakra.  Then the spirit can actually ‘kick out’ the child’s original spirit.  Sometimes the original spirit will remain around the child, regardless of whether they’re acknowledged or not, but often the spirit will be on its way.

As the child grows older, there can be a continuous disconnect between their spiritual self and their physical self, since the spirit they house isn’t the one that they were born with or they have allowed more than one spirit within.  Since no Light spirit (i.e. a spirit with positive knowledge) would enter a person in this manner, the spirit is always negatively oriented.  Depending on the level of negative intensity of the spirit, there can be ongoing problems at all levels, including self-destructive tendencies.

What I’ve learned through my work is that most people are capable of adapting to a spirit that is not their original, but there are always side effects.  My work entails bringing either the person’s original spirit back or finding a suitable spirit that is vibrationally compatible.  In either case, the spirit has to be positively oriented.  In this way, most quickly find the missing part of themselves that brings them a sense of purpose and meaning.

Some people are detached from their spirit all their life and never learn how to interact with it.  Apart from making life essentially better, the most fundamental of all reasons that a person should choose to consciously interact and progress with their spirit is so that their spirit can move on into the positive realm when their body expires.

When a spirit can interact with its body, its purpose can be fulfilled as it will progress in its journey.  When a body can interact with its spirit, it makes that progress possible.

What’s a Distant Healing Like? – Part 2

(cont’d…from Part 1)

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on floral glassA healing session across distance initiates well-being at all levels and allows ongoing improvement into the future.

Once their spiritual openings have been cleaned out and are once again fully functional, I suggest that my client fully relaxes while they ask for the Light* to flow into their body.  I then look for their original spirit to see if it has remained with them.  It’s not unusual for a spirit to vacate the premises, so to speak, after many years of conflict with the other negative energy/spirits that had invaded its space.

If I determine that my client’s spirit has left, is too weak to support its body or is just too negatively-oriented, I can ask at the higher level for a Light-committed spirit that will volunteer to work with them as their own spirit.  A substitution spirit that is dedicated to work exclusively within the positive principles of the Light is often the best way for a person to eradicate the causes of the negativity that they have accepted over time.  Negatively-oriented spirits have a natural tendency to reject the Light, and thereby prevent a person from effectively utilizing its positive benefits.  I liken the successful replacement of an impaired spirit to the awesome breakthroughs in cosmology, medicine and neuroscience, where the once unbelievable is now conceivable.

If my client agrees to accept the Light-committed spirit that is best-suited to their specific needs, I instruct them to ask the spirit to enter them.  Then I ask the spirit to flash its Light to see if it’s in place within the physical form.  As I see its tiny flash, I know it’s ready to go into negativity-busting mode ad infinitum.  This is the instant I like the most!  Children say they just feel good, while adults experience a calm relaxed sensation.

Children undergo spontaneous physical changes during a healing and feel confident in the acknowledgment that theyLeo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on floral glass are working with a spirit that will always be ready to help them, no matter what challenges they face.  Adults also begin to work right away, but some have a lifetime of religious, medical and social conditioning that could impede the immediacy of the results.  A strong desire to accept the healing and a healthy amount of trust, both in self and in me, is helpful and daily support is available, if desired.

At that point in the phone healing session, I give my client some basic instructions on how to effectively work with their spirit to continue to keep their body free of the negativity that caused their troubles.  Then I arrange for a complimentary follow up phone session 7 to 10 days later during which we can again check their spiritual openings and discuss their progress in working with their spirit.

Some people feel exhilarated after a healing session, while others feel slight fatigue.  The difference depends on the person and the amount of negativity that has been removed.  It can take a few hours, a few days or sometimes even a week for the healing to restore equilibrium as the client makes natural adjustments.  Then there will be renewed energy at all levels.

When one accepts a distant healing and a Light-committed spirit to move forward in life, they’ll experience the beauty and elegance of the pure white Light in action.

What’s a Distant Healing Like? – Part 1

Leo Jean's Starlike© Gold Rose paper sculpture on crystal base with imbedded gold-dipped rose I thought it might be interesting to describe what it’s like to receive a healing from me across distance, since most people find this process somewhat mysterious.

My healing skills have evolved through daily effort over a long period of time, during which I have participated in 1000’s of healing sessions working alongside Leo Jean, one of the most inherently gifted healers on the planet. When I first started this work, my primary goal was to learn to relax and concentrate properly, so that I could receive higher-level information. My work began in Leo’s basement office where I used to wrap myself up in a blanket because I would start to freeze every time I began a session. Everything had to be written down, because the only way for me to bring higher-level information through was in writing. After a few months, I discarded the blanket; a few years later I got rid of the pen and paper; and now I receive and relate all the information either verbally or by using a keyboard so that I can send readings via the internet. It’s so much easier now!

When someone makes a request for a healing, I ask them to provide their written signature as a means by which I can ‘read’ them across any distance. From their signature, I can ascertain what spiritual problems they’re experiencing at the precise moment in time that I take the reading.

Once I’ve arranged a phone appointment, I first ask the person if they desire a healing. This is the first step in determining whether they’re ready to accept a healing. This is particularly important for children, who might or might not understand what a ‘healing’ is.

When I ask a child if they’re ready to receive a healing, they’ll say yes or no. With either response, I still ask if they want to keep the nasty spirits that have caused their cancer, asthma or other illness. When a child acknowledges that they do not wish to keep those spirits or their illness, I then know that they’re ready to accept the healing and I can proceed. I’ve learned to speak directly to children about the healing process, since they are much more in tune with their spiritual self than is assumed.

Since most adults are quite nervous about receiving a healing, it’s important that a client is relaxed in order that they will allow me to ‘read’ them with the least amount of interference. I usually ask them to be seated in a comfortable chair in the privacy of a room where they feel at ease.

As I begin to do the reading, I prepare for the onslaught of negative energy/spirits that will be attracted to cause interference during the session. Negative spirits are always attracted into this positive environment in a deliberate attempt to prevent the removal of negativity from the client. With Leo’s teaching, I’ve learned to keep both my space and the client’s space clear of negativity throughout the healing.

The next step in the healing session is to take a reading of each the client’s spiritual openings (aka ‘chakras’) to see which ones are open and/or damaged. Everyone has the ability to close their own chakras, unless they’ve been damaged and remain jammed open. I ask them to refuse all negative influences while I touch their signature and, as I do this, I am able to precisely identify and remove the spirits/negative influences from each of their spiritual openings until I no longer feel negativity in that chakra. Once the work on each chakra is complete, I ask the client to close each one before I move to the next one. We go through each chakra in the same way until all of them have been cleaned out and the client has told them to close.

Once the chakras are clean/empty, I go back to each one again to make sure that the client has successfully closed them. If a spiritual opening has been damaged and is jammed open, I can still feel a lot of negativity in that area. After the additional healing with the Light, I’ll ask the client to close that chakra again. When the chakra closes, there is no more negativity present.

The Delightful Light

Leo Jean's large Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on round crystal platterWhen you bring in the Light, you and your spirit benefit from its purely positive energy.

As you work with your spirit, your conscious directives to bring in the Light are essential, since your spirit is dependent upon your efforts to help it to become more positive.

Children immediately adapt to the process of bringing in the Light.  Not only does it make them feel good, but they will always have this positive knowledge to enhance their life experience.

Bringing in the Light can make a positive difference in your life, as you and your spirit accumulate its higher level knowledge.

It’s great to bring in the Light regularly, especially when you feel drained of energy.  You can relax and call in the Light to re-energize at all levels.

You can ask the Light to come into any part of your body whenever you want to remove negativity and self-heal.

If you detect that someone is sending you negativity, you can return it to its source with the Light.  You can hit negative thoughts, emotions and pain with the Light.

As you bring the pure white Light into your spirit, your spirit recharges and replenishes its knowledge of the Light.Leo Jean's large Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on round crystal platter

At some point you will see the Light as a twinkling speck of shiny white light.  ‘Light bulb’ deceptions should be refused.

Increase your Light absorption: “Each time I absorb the Light, my capacity to absorb the Light increases.”

The more positive you and your spirit become, the longer the Light will linger within you and increase your spirit’s vibration.

Since there’s an infinite supply of Light, there’s no limit as to how often and how much Light you bring in.

The Light is freely available to everyone–all you have to do is ask for it!

Spiritual to Physical Transfer

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop flowing bottlePart of my work involves helping people to become aware of the ways in which they accept negativity and how they can properly refuse it.  It might be helpful to know how spiritual vibrations can pass from the spiritual level to the physical level, so that you can become aware of how to refuse the influence and avoid entangling yourself in this way.

When a spiritual vibration is summoned, it automatically responds, since that is a natural activity for a spirit.  When I remove spiritual negativity/spirits from someone, I remove the exact vibration of each spirit because I’ve acquired the knowledge to do so through my work.  In the beginning, I learned to say the vibration/name out loud, and Leo would pick up that spiritual negativity/spirit.  Over time we became so skilled that we now identify and remove the precise vibrations at the higher level.

There are other ways besides entering a person that a spirit can attach itself to someone.  One common way is for someone to place a spiritually negative vibration into an inanimate object and give it to someone else.  For instance, I was startled to discover this phenomenon many years ago when my ex-husband had offered his wedding ring for me to keep when we split up.  Fortunately, Leo as the mediator of this transaction had placed the ring inside of a small plastic bottle and, when he showed it to me, he asked me not to touch it.  In order to show me that the ring was housing some powerful spiritual negativity/spirits, he placed the ring on its edge on a table and asked for me to observe it.  When he let go of the ring, it suddenly began to vibrate with an energy that increased the vibratory pattern over the next few seconds.  I learned that, if I had touched it, I would have accepted some spiritual negativity/spirits and, in that way, I would have allowed the negativity to transfer to me.

Another similar example of a spiritual to physical transfer brings to mind a request by a young man who phoned from Scandinavia several years ago.  When I spoke to him, he was beside himself with desperation as to how he could rid himself of the negativity that he realized he had accepted.  He told me that he had gone to a party in a neighboring country several weeks before and that someone had passed an object around the room and everyone was supposed to hold it for a moment.  Immediately upon holding the object, the young man told me that he never felt the same again.  He had been having nightmares, headaches and aches and pains all over his body.  He could no longer rest, let alone sleep and he was unable to go to work anymore.  His story was dramatic, but very plausible, given the nature of spirits and how they can be transferred to people in the manner he described.  I asked the young man to call us back in a couple of hours, when we would be able to help him over the phone.  When we worked with him to remove the spiritual negativity/spirits that he had accepted, he had been so overcome with pain that he actually screamed out as we did the healing.  This never happens and I could tell that whatever he had accepted was tied to a much larger source of negativity.  While this young man had a great sensitivity to such negativity, many would be largely unaffected because of their spiritual orientation.

Spirits especially like to inhabit materials such as metal, crystal and minerals, but can enter practically anything.  People can unwittingly or purposefully summon spirits that can enter objects, so it’s important not to accept them by refusing them at all levels.  I used to think that no one would willingly want to bring spiritual negativity/spirits into objects, but many are influenced at the higher level to do just that.  A good rule to follow is to ‘hit’ objects with the Light* (i.e direct the Light into them) when you sense there might be something about it that interferes with you.

When Leo creates his Starlike© art, he brings the Light into every piece. He is strongly aware of how spiritual Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop aqua inkwellnegativity/spirits would attempt to interfere with his works after they leave his possession so, as a precaution, he does a perpetual removal on every piece he creates.  This allows the most positive vibrations possible in every one of Leo’s creations.

While no one should be afraid of spiritual negativity/spirits, you should be aware of how to refuse them properly.  By learning to work with your spirit and the Light, you will protect and free yourself from any negative influence.

Alone Together

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on glass flowerWhen you keep your spiritual openings closed, this essential act ensures that you and your spirit have the best chance at successful progress in this existence.  The best defense against negative interference is to make a commitment to keep your spiritual openings or ‘chakras’ closed.

It’s not unusual for someone to have opened one or more of their chakras during a traumatic or extremely emotional event to allow in spiritual negativity/spirits.  It’s still possible to close one’s chakras after the initial opening, but the spiritual negativity/spirits that entered will usually remain within the body.  Since it’s paramount to your spiritual well-being that you have no other spiritual negativity/spirits inside your body, it’s necessary to completely clean out all your spiritual openings before you close them. This ensures that no spiritual negativity/spirit is left behind to cause problems or to invite further negative interference.

However, if any of the chakras become damaged, it’s no longer possible to close them and a healing is required.   Once the functioning is restored, it allows the individual to regain control over all their spiritual openings, so that they can renew their commitment to keep them closed.  One’s own spirit always has access to its own form and can enter and exit freely, as it did from conception.

Because negative spirits have lost their positive knowledge, they are mostly destructive or self-destructive.  Once they enter a person through an open chakra, they feed on their host’s energy, and thrive on the negative energy that they create.  For instance, a very angry person walks around stirring up anger in others because their crown or purple chakra is open, while a very emotional person absorbs and sends out emotional negativity through an open solar plexus or yellow chakra.

A Light* or Light-committed spirit will not coexist within a person that houses spiritual negativity, as its goal is to remain positive.  The very idea of walking around with spiritual negativity inside negates a person’s efforts toward being positive.  While a negatively-oriented spirit might accept and share a form, a positively-oriented spirit will remain largely outside their physical form to avoid such negativity.  Once someone is cleaned out and closed, there is a distinct upswing in their outlook and overall well-being.

Some benefits of being and staying alone together with your spirit include:

  1. Spiritual progress as your spirit works with you to gain strength and accept the positive knowledge of the Light;
  2. Heightened awareness and much stronger refusal of negativity;
  3. Better overall health and self-healing ability with improved chemical balance and energy flow;
  4. Improved brain activity that inspires creativity and decision making;
  5. Easier to love and believe in yourself;
  6. More responsibility for your own actions; and
  7. Increased energy when you recharge your spirit with the Light because the spiritual negativity/spirit is no longer draining you from within.
The importance of keeping your spiritual openings closed can’t be stressed enough, if you choose to work more effectively with your spirit to create a positive existence.

Why Stay in Body?

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on glass flowerPerhaps it sounds very alluring to be floating up out of body into another plane of existence but, as I strive to remain in the positive realm, I’ve chosen to always stay in body in order to fully reject negativity at all levels.

Have you ever wondered about the implications when scientists keep telling us that we’re only using a fraction of our brain’s capacity?  What do you think the function of the rest of our brain is supposed to be?  What if we’re already using the other functions, but we just don’t recall what’s happening at the higher levels of our existence?  Do we coexist in an advanced existence with higher level beings?

There are so many unanswered questions about our existence on this planet.  Just as cosmologists refer to the greater part of our universe as consisting of dark energy, I believe that the majority of my being exists at the spiritual and interdimensional levels.

Back in my late teens, when I was stressed and very overtired, sometimes I used to feel myself floating up out of my body as I was trying to fall asleep.  Just beforehand, I felt very uneasy, as though there was something wrong.  Instead of getting up out of bed, I felt too tired to move.  Then I would feel myself starting to float up out of my body, but I would get a strong sense of foreboding that urged me to retreat back into my form. Once I was terrified during an experience as I perceived a ‘black cloud’ that emanated negativity moving toward me.  I had also found myself floating out of my body during the trauma of being raped by the parish priest when I was 10 years old.

Over time the sensation of floating worsened, the more I resisted the phenomenon and the frequency increased when I was with my ex-husband.  I didn’t feel comfortable with the experience and would try to call out as I held onto the side of the mattress in an effort to remain on the bed.  My body felt almost paralyzed and I would be unable to speak.  Although I tried to share this experience with a couple of people, it wasn’t until many years later that I learned that was happening to me is called a hypnagogic state as one falls asleep.

When I told Leo Jean that I had been experiencing this phenomena and how it disturbed me, he helped me to understand that I had been resisting interaction with negative beings in a higher dimensional state.  In other words, I was using my inherent intuition to resist being drawn out of my body as I fell asleep.  During my work I’ve discovered that people are regularly being summoned out of their bodies to interact at the higher levels or in higher dimensions of reality.

From my perspective, learning to stay in body was a challenge, because I was doing it all the time without knowing it.  Why did I want to stop this activity that some people might find fascinating?  I wanted to stop because I realized that, in order to progress with my spirit into the Light*, I had to stop interacting with negativity at all levels.  All my refusing, bringing in the Light, returning negativity to its source and all the other positive actions I was taking were all being thwarted because I was still interacting interdimensionally in a negative realm.  It was already 6 years since I had started to work with Leo and I was holding back my own progress by accepting summons. Even without my conscious knowledge of this activity, I was still accepting negativity.

Usually the first sign of being summoned out of body is the draining of energy.  So, when I was younger and very tired, the additional energy drain seemed to interfere with the normal process of going out of body and I recalled some aspects of the occurence.  Once I learned to refuse this sensation, there was still much more effort needed.  As my commitment to stay in body became more pronounced, so did the feeling that more effort was being given to draw me out.

Once I made the firm commitment that I was going to succeed at this positive choice, I noticed an increased amount of energy draining that took great effort to overcome.  Over a 3-week period I noticed that I felt great fatigue during the day, even though I was getting enough sleep at night.  Until I fully resisted the summons and made the commitment a reality, I had to limit my sleep only to the physical requirements of my body at night.  In other words, I could rest but I couldn’t nap during the day while I was going through this period of endurance.

It was 21 years ago when I finally succeeded to remain in body, and I identified the moment of success.  One afternoon, after the energy draining was really pronounced, I was resting and resisting the urge to fall asleep into a soothing nap.  While I had my eyes closed, I could feel something brush by my foot.  When I opened my eyes, for a fleeting instant, I could see the shape of an enormous ethereal being that was standing at the foot of the bed.  It was so large that it was standing not on the floor, but at waist depth as the rest of its body went through the floor.  When I saw it, I immediately refused it completely and hit it with the Light.  With that final refusal, the interdimensional being disappeared and I never had a problem with being summoned out of body again.

With that absolute refusal, I felt like I had finally defeated my negative tendencies at all levels.  Even though there are unknown levels of existence that most people have blocked or have chosen not to deal with, there is free will at all levels.  I made the choice to remain in body, in third dimension and in positive reality at all times so that my spirit can progress with me.

In my work I suggest that my clients remain in body and that they refuse summons at all times.  Most are surprised when they experience more energy and feel more in balance as a result of their efforts.  Some have described being summoned as “extreme sleepiness right in the middle of a business meeting” or “having my brain sucked out of my body” as they refuse higher level summons.  In addition to having more energy during the day, their rest during sleep at night is enhanced.

Above all, the most beneficial effect of choosing to stay in body at all times is that I keep my commitment to both my spirit and myself to remain in positive mode.

Within Our Realm

Model of a Giantopithecus male

The concept of inter-dimensional beings interacting with humans within our known realm of existence might be difficult to imagine, but the sightings of mysterious giant hairy ape-like creatures throughout the world could shed some light on the possibility of such a phenomenon.

Last year an excellent Discovery documentary called: “Bigfoot The Definitive Guide” provided a global perspective to scientific research about the possible origins of the large omnivorous ape.  The team of researchers, including Dr. Jeffrey Meldrum and Ian Redmond, pointed to a prehistoric ape, Gigantopithecus that last lived 300,000 years ago in Central China.  The yeti of the Himalayan region and the mande barung of Northern India closely match the descriptions of the mysterious creature that is frequently sighted in the rainforest of the Pacific Northwest.  It was speculated that some prehistoric apes could have migrated when the land bridge from Asia to North America existed.  Another view was that the Bigfoot could be the result of evolutionary branching from the prehistoric species, Neanderthal.  The Homo heidelbergensis was still alive when the first humans crossed the land bridge 12,000 years ago.  It was noted that no piece of evidence, such as a finger bone, has ever been discovered that would substantiate the existence of the modern day creature, although a large number of credible sightings have been documented in the Northwest, especially on Vancouver Island, fittingly dubbed ‘Ape Island’.

An interesting recent episode of “Brad Meltzer: Decoded” featured an investigation into the strange disappearances of more than 60,000 people since 1988 in an area known as the ‘Alaska Triangle’, far exceeding the number of disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle.  What is known is that there is definitely a high area of electromagnetic activity in the region from Juno to Barrow to Anchorage, where people have utterly “…disappeared off the face of the Earth.”  The area drew some attention in 1972 when two sitting congressmen disappeared without a trace, and even infrared cameras couldn’t pick up their signature.  One of the congressmen’s sons stated that he has actively studied the phenomenon ever since and that “…either the military was lying…or they disappeared.”

The investigative team consulted with a leading vortex expert about the mysterious energy anomalies in the Alaska Triangle that cause compasses and satellites to malfunction, causing interference with the flight instruments of aircraft flying over the area.  The expert demonstrated the effect by using a quarter-sized “golden vortex” composed of 3 magnets.  He explained that, when people are in such an area of spinning energy, much like a hurricane, they are susceptible to a shift in consciousness that can result in hallucinations and lost time (an effect of consciousness).  He said that some people can actually see the lines of energy when viewing a magnetic anomaly, and that distortions in the transmission of light can produce strange visual effects that are not optical illusions.  The team described their entry into the vortex area as an “adrenaline” or “psychic” “charge”.

Later in the program one of the team members interviewed an Alaskan Native who described the cultural myth of a shapeshifter entity known to the indigenous people.  Although the Bigfoot is sighted throughout all of Alaska, the most ‘evil entity’ is found within the area of the Triangle.  As a child he was told never to go into the forest alone, because the hairy creature was known to use sinister tactics to take children away and they were never to be seen again.  He further noted that the fear of these creatures was spiritual for, once taken by one of these creatures, the person’s ‘soul’ would be captured and enslaved forever.  No one dares to talk about these creatures and even the tribal elders fear them.

The legend of Sasquatch, as it’s known in the Pacific Northwest, has always intrigued me since I first heard of it when in my late teens.  I can only speculate that they are possibly interdimensional creatures that share the space of our planet with us.  Bigfoot creatures make it obvious that they do not want to interact within our realm.  Perhaps their continued existence and spiritual progress rely on their separation from humans, so they ward off contact by any means possible.  It almost seems like the Sasquatch deliberately evokes fear in witnesses in an effort to drive them away.  While the people of the First Nations already regard the Sasquatch with due respect, there should be a more appropriate reaction by travelers and hunters than blatant fear that could signal the wrong message when encountering these intelligent creatures.

Leo Jean has been known to calmly communicate with mammals by communicating with them at the higher level that no harm or interference is intended.  I myself have had a higher-level contact experience with a wild animal that was very surprising to me at the time.  Several years ago outside our home in Florida a red fox came ambling along the back of our property, only about 20 feet from where I was standing.  It startled me, but I remembered to stay very calm and then it made eye contact with me.  I told it mentally that I would not harm it and that it could continue on its way.  A couple of days later, I had a thought that the fox was going to cut through the property.  As I went to the window to look outside, it was just getting dark and the fox was on its way past the house.  This happened a few more times and then I realized that I needed to refuse the fox, because I was making a connection with it that served no positive purpose and it could be an opening for negative spiritual interference.

The point is that we could be doing a lot more with the power of our minds to make contact with Bigfoot and other species than is currently being explored.  What if a Bigfoot knows how to enter and exit energy vortexes to reach the place to which all those people have disappeared?  Wouldn’t that knowledge be far more valuable than a biological study of its physical form?

Perhaps we should rethink our approach to information gathering on these mysterious and highly intelligent beings that seem to use interdimensional knowledge as they travel through our realm.

Sensitivity

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted on pink scrolling glassBeing sensitive to the spiritual/quantum world around us is a natural ability that is most common among children.  Some adults remain sensitive but without knowledge of how to handle their skill, while others struggle to tone down the volume.

When I was a small child, I used to sometimes lie in bed in the morning and stare out the window or up at the ceiling while allowing my vision to be very, very relaxed.  Whenever I was able to enter a precise state of relaxation, I would see a sparkling white light, just like a star gleaming in my field of vision.  I didn’t know it at the time, but I was looking at my spirit and it was acknowledging me by shining its Light* at me.  Over time I lost the ability to enter that relaxed state as my life became overwhelmed with anxiety and negativity.  However, just months before I went through the most trying part of my life, I remember waking up very early one morning to a brilliantly shining light that lingered for what seemed a long time in my field of vision.  My eyes were wide open and I marveled at how beautiful it was.  At that time I knew it was something special, but I still wasn’t aware that it was my spirit trying to communicate with me.

There are certain ways to be perceptive or sensitive to the spiritual world that include seeing, hearing and knowing spiritual information.  When a person’s ‘third eye’ or ‘inner eye’ is open, they can often ‘see’ the faces of spiritual beings or entire bodies that cannot be observed in the normal range of vision.  When a person ‘hears’ voices, they are listening to information emitted at a higher level frequency that is almost always negatively oriented.  When a person ‘knows’ there is spiritual activity or interference, this information comes in the form of intuition or uncanny insight that can be quite sophisticated.  Whatever form it comes in, sensitivity can be helpful or harmful, depending on the knowledge base of the individual.

Often, when someone asks for help with spiritual problems, their sensitivity has been heightened because they’ve experienced some extraordinary spiritual interference.  A few years ago ‘Eva’, a well-educated woman from Central Africa, contacted us for a distant healing because she had been suffering from lack of sleep and mounting physical pain that had no evident explanation. After discussing her physical activities leading up to this problem, Eva admitted that for several months the spiritual harassment had increased after she had sought help from a local native practitioner.  Whenever she tried to go to sleep at night, an invisible songbird would start singing outside her window.  No matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t shut out the sound.  Eva was receiving inter-dimensional summoning messages to go ‘out of body’, and she was unable to sleep more than an hour or two each night, as she was constantly awakened by pain and frightening dreams.

After she properly refused the sources of the negative interference including the local practitioner, we were able to remove the spiritual/inter-dimensional beings responsible for the summoning song.  Once Eva accepted a positively-oriented spirit, she began to work with her spirit and learned to use the Light within her dream state to counteract any further negative interference.  Her pain subsided, she was able to sleep properly again and she also found employment within a couple of weeks, after she had been searching for months.

In order to ‘read’ the particulars of our clients’ spiritual problems, I’ve worked over the years to increase my sensitivity for use in my work.  Part of being able to sense what’s going on in the higher levels of existence is being able to relax completely while concentrating at the same time.  I’ve learned to turn off my sensitivity by keeping my ‘third eye’ closed at all times, except when my spirit alerts me with its Light or when I need to use it in my work.  In all cases I use my spiritual vision only with Light, so that I never draw negative interference.

When you work with your spirit to develop your sensitivity, you’ll be better able to reject spiritual negativity so that you can progress alongside your spirit.

Negative-to-Positive Conversion

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculptures depicting buildingsOver the years my partner used to explain that the primary purpose of doing his difficult spiritual/quantum/natural healing work was: “To convert negative into positive.”  I had to chuckle at the simplicity of his answer because I know the extent to which he works to achieve this conversion process.

When you first think about it, it does sound very simple.  However, beyond the various methods of replacing negative thoughts, emotions and actions with positive ones, Leo Jean has mastered the conversion process at the inter-dimensional and spiritual levels.

When I was first learning how to counteract negativity, I found that there was often evident opposition to my efforts that stemmed from higher levels.  While most negativity is easily dissipated with an initial blast to its source with the Light, there often is a massive amount of reinforcement behind some sources of negativity that are very resistant to this process.  These more resistant sources have accumulated negative strength in much the same way as I’ve worked to acquire more positive knowledge and power of the Light.

When a client comes to us after being constantly bombarded with extreme negativity, it’s necessary to start peeling back the onion, so to speak, by removing large pockets and groups of spiritual negativity in layers.  This is not only necessary from the standpoint of removing the most evident or outermost layers first, but we also have to consider how much adjustment the client will need to regulate their electrical flow and regain their chemical balance afterward.  When removing larger amounts of negativity, the client needs to be sufficiently ready to refuse the influence of the reinforcement and replacement groups as they try to move in.

Leo has taught me to begin a healing by removing the most obvious spiritual negativity first.  In order to perform a proper removal, I first have to take a ‘reading’ of the exact negative vibrations/spirits associated with the person with whom we’re working.  Since every spirit has a distinct vibration, I direct my higher level and my spirit to help me to remove that precise vibration.  I ‘feel’ the negative vibrations like one would feel an electrical current running through a wire.  During my initial years of reading such vibratory patterns, Leo used to provide resistance so that I could withstand the powerful force of the vibrations as I gained strength and stamina.  Sometimes, when he would allow a little too much through his hand to mine, I would feel a charge similar to one you’d feel if you stuck your finger into an electrical socket.  (That smarts!)  All the negativity that someone has accumulated over their lifetime can’t be removed all at once because it would overtax my body, and throw the client off balance electrically and chemically.

Once we know/feel/read the vibrations that need to be removed, the process of conversion is as follows:

  1. We do a ‘pick up’ of the negative vibrations/spirits that are immediately present within each of our client’s chakras.
  2. We surround the negative vibrations/spirits with the Light and remove them to a higher dimensional level where they remain encompassed by the Light until they convert to a positive state and will not harm anyone else.
  3. We replace the negative vibrations/spirits that were within our client with the positive energy of the Light.
  4. When necessary for the well-being of our client, we locate a positively-oriented spirit/vibration that volunteers and accepts the commitment to work with the person, and bring that Light-committed spirit in to work with the client.
  5. Whatever higher-level negative vibrations/spirits/interference remain outside the person as reinforcement or replacements must also be removed by suspending them with the Light, so they don’t interfere as our client learns to work with their spirit.

Even during the brief and effective removal process, we must ensure that no outside negative vibrations/spirits venture near us, so we work with only our bare hands, without the use of anything that could be used as a summoning tool.  The removal of interference beyond the immediate environment is done in the same way as the removal described in #5 above, but can amount to huge numbers that must be properly handled for conversion by a seasoned practitioner (like Leo and now me).  Leo calls this ‘going into spiritual battle.’

Leo Jean’s method of spiritual/quantum/natural healing has proven not only to be effective to remove the negativity present within an individual at a given point in time, but also ensures that those distinct negative vibrations/spirits will never return.  Once any damaged chakras (spiritual apertures) are healed, the person remains firmly closed to any further entry of such negative interference.  The benefits of this advanced yet simple healing method is phenomenal!

Everyone has the inherent potential to build the strength needed to incorporate the negative-to-positive conversion process into their daily lives, but there has to be a starting point of commitment to working with one’s spirit.

Ousting Negativity – Part 2

(…Part 1)

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture mounted inside 4 glass starsChildren would seem to be the most vulnerable to the influence of spiritual negativity, but they are actually very adept at combating negative interference.  From their neutral innocent standpoint, young children are inherently sensitive to the spiritual realm and already understand how to deal with it.

From early in life children are enticed to interact with beings that exist in higher dimensions and, while adults call this imagination, it is very real.  Sometimes, when a child senses the presence of an inter-dimensional being, it will be in the form of something that begs their trust, like a friendly ghost, an angel or a beautiful fairy.  Rather than immediately accept the impact of such an encounter, a child’s first reaction should be to refuse and throw Light* to hit the being.  If the being is positive, the Light will give it energy and it will sparkle its own spiritual Light.  If the being is negative, it will retreat or vanish when hit with the Light.  If more children were aware of how to use the Light in self-defense, fewer would suffer from the interference of negative beings that feed off of their energy.

As creatures of instinct, we all have the choice to react with fear or defiance when threatened at all levels of our being.  If you react in confidence by refusing first, fear will not be given the opportunity to present itself and break down your defenses.  A child’s imagination can yield powerful results when counteracting negativity, as children are constantly being challenged in their efforts to remain in a positive state.

An example from my early childhood might help to explain how a child whose spirit is helping them to resist the pervasiveness of negativity can stand up to a coercive invitation to interact in a negative realm.  While I don’t remember most childhood dreams, this one stands out significantly.

When I was eight years old, I awoke in a dream to find what I recognized to be a ‘witch’ sitting up beside me in my bed.  (She looked like the witch   from the “Mighty Mouse” cartoon.)  When I saw her, I was petrified and stood up on the bed to face her.  The witch told me that she had brought me a gift, and held out a necklace made of round stones that I should put on.  When I refused her gift, she told me that she had come to take me away with her.  When I kept telling her that I wasn’t going to go anywhere with her, she wouldn’t take “No!” for an answer.  As she tried to break my free will, I remained steadfast and didn’t allow her to break my resolve.  As a child I perceived the being that appeared to me as a witch to be ‘bad’ and I was not going to give in to her.

Finally, after what seemed like a very long time (and was probably only a few split seconds), I thought of something.  I told her that, if I were forced to go with her, I would have to say good-bye to my parents.  The ‘witch’ agreed and allowed me to get out of bed and go downstairs to say my farewells.  When I returned, I brought my father with me, wielding a gun.  The witch disappeared and I woke up, trembling, in the tranquility of my bed.  My father often worked nights, so he wasn’t even home, nor had he ever owned a gun.

Although at the time I didn’t consciously know how to work with my spirit, my spirit knew how to help me to use my imagination as a tool to properly refuse while in my dream state.  Many of our higher-level encounters occur in the dream state, so it’s important to learn how to bring positive knowledge to all levels of our being.  If I had accepted the offer of the necklace, I would have accepted some sort of inter-dimensional loyalty to that being.  If I had accepted the summons to leave my body, I would have accepted and succumbed to whatever unknown terms went along with that agreement.  Fortunately, even as a child, I chose to be positive.  After that point, I went through the hardest part of my life, but I still refused to give in to all the negativity that continued to challenge me.

My spirit has been helping me all my life, but I had been conditioned to let go of that all-important connection to the highest part of myself.  Thankfully, I reconnected with my spirit and will continue to learn and, hopefully, inspire others to work within with their own spirit.

My work with Leo Jean has brought me many lessons in how to deal with spiritual negativity, and next I’ll share the story of how a young man was tricked into responding to almost exactly the same enticement that I faced with the ‘witch’ in my dream.

Believe in the Power of Your Selves (Part 3)

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop a crystal trumpetWorking with Your Spiritual Self
(…continued from Part 2)

My spiritual self is the most powerful amplifier of all my efforts to work with my composite selves.  The natural process of working daily with my spirit allows me to experience the cumulative knowledge of the universal Light*.

From what my partner, Leo Jean, and I have learned over the past 27 years while working with people from all over the world, all the spirits within all the beings on our planet have adapted differently in their existence.  While a limited number of spirits might have created their bodies to pursue positive knowledge, most spirits are either inherently negative or conditioned to be so.  Although many spirits strive to be positive, most are caught up in the negativity that is promoted at the higher levels of existence.  The refusal and removal of negative spiritual activity is paramount if you choose to be positive and bring your spirit into the Light.

Here are a few illustrations of what it means to work with your spiritual self:

1. Karmic debt  Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop a crystal mandolin

Your spirit can bring negative encumbrances it has accumulated over time into your physical form. The way that a karmic debt is placed upon a spirit is through the summoning of a group of spirits that will remain with that spirit throughout its existence.  These problems are passed on to you at the spiritual level, so you bear the memory.  Just as your higher self has all the knowledge of your physical existence from conception, your spirit carries all of the knowledge of its existence from its origin.

In order to rid yourself of the groups of spirits, you begin by refusing all of the negativity at its source.  When you refuse in this way, you’re refusing the original spirits that enacted the karmic debt.  Some of those spirits might even be housed by people you know.  Note that curses are very similar to karmic debt, but are placed in the current lifetime.

2. Spiritual apertures

Since you control your spiritual openings at the physical level, telling yourself to keep your chakras permanently closed is the ideal course of action.  It makes sense that each person is supposed to have only one spirit, so your own spirit doesn’t have to ask permission to access your form.  However, people with one or more open chakras have allowed other spirits to enter them through their unattended spiritual openings.  Sometimes a powerful spirit can cause a chakra to jam open, so that the person loses control over its opening and closing.  If a spiritual opening has been damaged, then a healing is necessary to repair and its function and to restore equilibrium to the body.

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop a crystal guitar3. Using the Light

Although it’s your responsibility at the physical level to bring in and direct the use of the Light, it’s your spirit that uses the Light to counteract negative energies and influences.  Note that the knowledge of the Light is cumulative and requires dedication to acquire proficiency.

When a person’s spirit is negatively oriented, i.e. it will be reluctant or unwilling to accept the Light, I would not work with it because I only work with Light-committed spirits.  Once a person begins to work with a Light-committed spirit and addresses the negative conditions that interfere with them, I can see their spirit flash with increasing brightness as it progresses toward the Light.  A spirit that is committed to the Light is eager, robust and dauntless in its acceptance of its commitment to work with its physical form.  If this doesn’t describe your spirit, then you could consider changing your spirit for one that will accept the Light.

(See “Natural Renewal Option”)Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculpture atop crystal behind Swarovski crystal piano

Once your spiritual self is comfortable with your commitment to work with it, there will be a distinct difference in how your spiritual efforts are felt at the physical level.  Here are some ways that you can ask your spirit to help you:

Bring the Light into your body to remove negativity
Send negativity back to the sender with the Light
Detect the presence of negative influences and encumbrances

As you direct the interaction of all aspects of your selves to adapt positive knowledge, your life will be filled with more meaning and harmony as you tune into the positive frequency of the Light.

Choose to Use Your Free Will

Leo Jean's Starlike© paper sculptures mounted on star-shaped glass imbedded in resin

One of the best ways to take your life in the direction you want it to go is to constantly exercise your free will.   In the process you will stop being a follower, make stronger commitments for better health and help yourself at the spiritual level.

The first step in using your free will is to understand what it is.  Simply put, it’s your ability to make choices.  You can choose to go along with suggestions and invitations by others, or you can choose to say “No, thanks.”  Making choices can also be the breaking of free will when you’re on either the giving or receiving end.  Parents are notorious for breaking a child’s free will, such as when their child sincerely protests about their dislike for given activities.  You’d allow others to break your free will if you always agreed to participate in their activities, even when you’d rather be doing something entirely different.

Early in life most of us wanted to be accepted by our peers, so we were susceptible to going along with the crowd.  Youthful leaders didn’t very often guide in a beneficial sense, but in a popular sense.  Those who followed often became followers for life and their ability to think outside the box was diminished by their desire to fit in.  When you make a conscious decision to follow your own unique interests, you’ll discover a whole new realm of possibilities that make your life more like you envisioned.

On a daily basis there are many choices we make to improve our health and to nurture our future happiness.  Some of the most common decisions involve diet, personal habits and exercise. For those who suffer from overwhelming urges to eat the wrong things, the question should be: “Am I in control or is this ice cream in control of me?” Others might ask: “Am I in control or is this cigarette in control of me?”  It can also come down to the personal choice of: “Am I in control to exercise this morning, or is this computer screen or warm bed in control of me?” Whenever we make commitments to better ourselves, we actually make decisions that will improve our future.  No one really wants to look back and say that they wish they hadn’t overeaten, smoked or been inactive earlier in life.

From the spiritual point of view, everything that you do at the physical level can affect you at the spiritual level.  And vice versa.  When you accept negativity in any of its forms at the physical level, you deny your spirit the go ahead to progress.  In order for you to progress spiritually, you have to remove the negativity from your life so that your spirit can proceed in a positive mode.  If you choose to make decisions that bring negative thoughts, emotions or activities to your life, you interfere with your spirit’s ability to progress. Since your spirit also has free will, it can choose to remain negative or to accept the positive input that you provide.  It’s your choice how quickly or slowly you effect your spiritual progress.

As you exercise your free will both physically and spiritually, you will mold, shape and sculpt your own future.

What’s in Healing Energy?

Poster of letter received from woman whose terminal cancer was healed by Leo Jean in 1987In order to experience a successful healing, a person should eliminate all other spiritual influences from the process; fully trust their decision to accept the healing; and continue the positive energy momentum into the future.

While I was captivated by children’s receptiveness to Leo Jean’s healing (See my previous post: Children’s Choices), I was equally interested in the reaction of adults.  When Leo directs the energy of the pure white light into the recipient of a healing, an instantaneous physical change can take place.   One notable example from twenty years ago that comes to mind was the case of a 57-year-old Portuguese woman (we’ll call her Teresa), who came from her home in Bermuda to see us in Ontario, Canada.  When Teresa came into Leo’s office, she was carrying some documents that her niece explained were the X-rays that had been taken a few weeks earlier.  Teresa had undergone surgery for lung cancer but, upon looking inside of her right lung, the surgeon had stitched her back up, stating that there was nothing they could do for her.  After Teresa had pulled up her sweater to show us the very large scar that went from her back around her rib cage, she indicated with both hands that the cancer was the size of a grapefruit.

Leo very calmly asked Teresa if she was ready to have the cancer removed.  Teresa shook her head in the affirmative, and said that she was too young to die.  She wanted to continue working at the job she had started over 20 years earlier.  Then Leo asked Teresa if she prayed a lot.  Teresa started to describe how she attended mass every day at the church that was just down the street from her house in Bermuda.  She prayed a lot!  Leo went on to ask Teresa if she would stop praying so that he could perform the healing.  Teresa looked up with tearful eyes and agreed to stop praying, if it was going to help her healing.

Leo explained that, when someone prays, they automatically summon spirits.  In order for Leo to effectively help Teresa, she would have to stop summoning spirits, because they would bring negative energy that would interfere with his work.  Teresa asked if it would be all right to continue to pray and go to church after she was healed.  Leo told Teresa that, if she wanted to do so, that was her concern. As Leo did the initial healing work, she would continue the healing on her own.  She was already feeling much better within a few visits.

On her final visit, Teresa’s husband came in with her to meet us.  He wasn’t happy at all.  When he walked into the room, he blasted out at Leo that his wife was one of the best Catholics he knew, always praying and going to church.  Leo said that it was none of his concern and that he should go wait in the car, since he was interfering with his wife’s healing.  Teresa’s husband stormed out, and she was apologetic.  Once she returned home, she might consider never going back to that church again.

A month later, one of Teresa’s daughters came to receive a healing from Leo.  She told us how Teresa had gone back to her doctor for more X-rays.  The tumor was completely gone already, and the doctor couldn’t explain it.  Teresa was happily back at work and still arguing with her husband about going to church every day. Soon afterward, we received a thank you letter from Teresa with a money order.  It was her custom that a person should send money every month to someone who had saved their life.  We returned a letter stating that she was under no obligation to us.  It had been a pleasure to work with her and to teach her how to work with her spirit.  The following summer her youngest daughter came from Bermuda to see us. (See letter at end of post)

It was such an incredible experience for me to be present during the healing of a terminal cancer.  By abandoning her lifelong habit of summoning spirits, Teresa had chosen to live a positive life without the fear of reprisal from some deity.  The healing energy that Leo had directed into the tumor had effectively destroyed the cancer cells.  Teresa had allowed the healing to take place by proper refusal at the spiritual level and that, in turn, allowed her body to reject the cancer.

Leo cautioned me that not everyone is willing to accept a healing, since many people are clouded by negative thoughts about the process.  Fear and doubt will both cause them to block the healing energy, so a person must feel totally confident about their decision before they make a request for a healing.

Not long after we worked with Teresa, we worked with a woman whose husband was a nuclear physicist.  After Leo successfully worked with his wife, he was so curious about the process that he asked for a healing himself.  Leo casually mentioned that he would like to find an instrument that could somehow measure the light energy that he emitted during a healing.  Upon his next visit, the physicist brought with him a Roentgen scale that measures X-rays and gamma rays present in an environment. Leo held the small cylindrical device in one hand as he sent the healing energy to his wife through the other.  There was a change from the normal setting of 12 to about 15 on the scale.  The physicist lifted his eyebrows a little.  He said he’d leave the meter with us until he returned the following week when it should have reset itself.

The next week when the physicist and his wife arrived, Leo announced that he was going to increase the power that would be measured by holding the Roentgen scale himself.  Leo concentrated his power on the scale and then handed it to the physicist.  The man’s jaw dropped as he took a careful look at the scale that now showed the highest reading.  He shook his head and said he couldn’t believe it.  He said that he had never before heard of this scale ever reaching this point.  In his expert opinion it was impossible.  At that point he told us to keep the scale, since he could never return it to his workplace.

We subsequently met an instruments engineer who, upon showing him the Roentgen scale, asked where we had obtained it.  He told us that such an instrument is regularly used in settings where radioactivity is monitored, such as in nuclear plants or around X-ray machines.  We later learned that the nuclear physicist was one of the world’s foremost authorities in his field.  Maybe one day we’ll be able to find a device that will effectively measure the physical properties of the pure white light that Leo uses in his healing.

As we continue our work together, Leo continues to make advances into the detection and removal of much higher-level negative energy sources.  Twenty years ago we began working at a distance with clients who had initially come to see us in person.  Now we regularly work with people from around the world over the phone, with similar results as though they were in the same room.

The positive flow of healing energy traverses any distance to a willing receiver who properly refuses external spiritual influences, fully trusts in the process and commits to ongoing work with their spirit.

We Are All Spiritual Beings

Most think of the spiritual world as dauntingly mysterious. It’s an unseen realm in which we all dwell and interact, but most have failed to comprehend its significance in our daily lives.

Many are fascinated with ghosts and paranormal occurrences, while others like to surrender their spirituality to a religious institution.  I had never been satisfied with those interpretations of what exists beyond our physical dimension.  Through my work with Leo Jean, I’ve learned so much more about the spiritual world around us all.

You can think of a spirit as a sentient being without a body. From the instant of our conception, we have a spirit.  Even before conception a spirit has to make a decision whether or not it wants to create and enter a particular body.  Why are so many couples that are physically capable of creating children unable to conceive?  It’s because there’s no spirit that has decided to enter that embryo.  On the other hand, sometimes a spirit will leave, and the woman miscarries. As Leo says: “Without a spirit, there is no life.”

Anyone who owns a pet or has worked with animals will suggest that their animal has a spiritual connection with them.  It goes beyond words with animals.  People feel emotions for their pets and their pets sense energy and emotions from their owners.  That’s because animals have spirits, too.  Their bodies are just equipped differently.

Where did all these spirits come from then, if only a few humans started out on this planet? It’s comparable to the question of what happened before the Big Bang (if there was one).  If there were only a few people on Earth in primitive times, where did all the spirits come from that now exist within the 7 billion people and the billions of animals on our planet?  Well, we could say that the spirits of all those people and creatures came from the microscopic life that existed before these lifeforms came to be formed.  Then, from where did all those spirits possibly originate?

Humans are all born with intuitive skills.  Newborns are intimately connected with the spiritual world, as they adjust to their physical forms.  Infants are in tune with the spiritual realm and they can see and hear spirits in their daily activities.  Toddlers smile when they see a friendly face and will put up a fuss if someone comes up to them that they aren’t familiar with.  In some cases, a toddler will scream hysterically if a particular person comes around them.  That’s because the toddler can see the spirits in and around that person and is rejecting that person.  Infants and toddlers see the faces of the spirits and are reacting to their knowledge of that type of spirit.

There are positive spirits and negative spirits.  The positive spirits will never break a person’s free will, nor will they hang around a negative environment.  Positive spirits make choices.  Negative spirits, on the other hand, have lost their positive knowledge and are engaged in all kinds of negative activities.  For instance, a negative spirit will find an opportunity to enter a screaming toddler in a moment of distress.  The toddler has let down their spiritual defences and has opened one or more of their spiritual openings.  In pops a negative spirit.

Once a child opens one of their spiritual openings, it can lead to more spiritual vulnerability.  If a child closes their spiritual openings, they are better off.  However, usually every time that they endure another emotional outbreak, that same spiritual opening will reopen because it is damaged.  A child that has a very calm demeanour is a child that remains closed to other spirits.

Why would a spirit want to invade someone else’s body?  Sometimes it’s a spirit of a deceased family member that has remained around their relations because they don’t know what else to do or where to go.  They’ve lost their spiritual knowledge, because their former body didn’t know how to direct their spirit.  So they enter a body out of convenience.  Then they don’t have to create a form from scratch.

The next question that arises is what does a spirit do inside of someone else’s body?  That depends on the spirit and how negative it is.  Some spirits will enter or invade a body because they want to cause harm to the original spirit’s creation or to torment a spirit that is housed in another body.

There are destructive spirits that can cause damage to humans.  For instance, a child with ADD can be helped if they allow the removal of the spirit that is causing the problem.  Spirits can be too powerful or will simply not adjust to a human form easily.  This causes an imbalance.  More dramatic signs of ill-suited spirits are when a child suddenly contracts a life-threatening or terminal illness.  Although I respect medical science, sometimes a spiritual solution can be a viable remedy. Very often the change of a child’s spirit will allow their body to heal and give that child a chance at a normal healthy life.  A child can see their spirit as a comforting sparkling light.

What does it mean to work with your spirit?  The children that Leo and I have worked with immediately get it.  They begin to remove the negative influences that have caused their problems and get on with life.  It’s very simple for a child, because they haven’t yet lost all of their inherent spiritual knowledge.  On the other hand, adults are the most difficult to work with, due to their many years of conditioning and loss of spiritual knowhow.  We usually ask the children we work with to describe or draw pictures of ‘the ones that bother them’.  Most children are still so much in tune with the spiritual world and can talk about it in a matter-of-fact way.

How could Leo possibly know how to work with spirits like he does?  From my understanding, Leo never let go of his spiritual knowledge throughout his life.  For most of that time, he has had to remain quiet about what he knows, because it’s not a generally accepted practice in our society.  Leo is, however, a very steadfast dedicated man and he has endured 90 years without relinquishing his knowledge.

Part of the knowledge that is usually rejected is that which refers to the origin of our spirits.  Again, what caused the Big Bang?  What was there beforehand?  Now scientists are hypothesizing that there is a multiverse and that our universe is just an offshoot, a bubble that is expanding, along with many others.  So, where did all our spirits come from?

From the thousands of people that we’ve worked with around the world, we’ve compiled an immense amount of information about the origins of our spirits. Spirits know no boundaries, and can move freely anywhere throughout the multiverse.  They can cross over into our universe and create a form. The bodies that they create trap them inside the molecular structure, but they can enter and exit through the form’s open spiritual apertures.  A person’s original spirit can exceptionally enter and exit its own form through closed apertures.  Other spirits cannot enter a person’s form if their spiritual openings are closed.   The scary version of all this from the movies causes people to be afraid but, in fact, many people house more than one spirit.

Why would all these spirits be acting in this way?  What’s the point of all this spiritual body-hopping?  From our perspective, this has been continuously happening throughout time on our planet.  Few spirits have any positive knowledge, so they are largely destructive or self-destructive.  They feed on energy, and thrive on the negative energy that they create.  Some are  even too powerful or destructive to exist in a human form.

Our spiritual/natural/quantum healing method provides a solution, as we match positively-oriented spirits to people to create a synchronized balance.  When a person works in harmony with their spirit, they are working with a sole spiritual being that is dedicated to improving their life experience.
