My Splendid Spirit

Just as the fabric of the empty space of the cosmos appears invisible, inactive and without the qualities of bending, twisting and rippling, our higher-level reality is similarly alive with the unseen forces of positive and negative energy acting upon each one of us.

A recent revelation of theoretical physics states that our 3D reality might only be a projection of the actual 2D reality that’s stored on the edges of the universe. It’s a mindboggling concept, but so little is really known about the underlying construct of our existence and why we appear to be isolated in the vastness of the universe.

What if our physical reality is just a projection of a higher-level reality that exists at the spiritual and inter-dimensional levels? Is our entire existence merely a proving ground, not for us, but for our spirits?

When I was much younger, I was compelled to understand the reason why I was supposed to be here. I started off with the idealistic notion that all would be revealed to me as time went on. By the time I reached my teens I was already disillusioned and, it wasn’t until I was in a time of hopelessness, that my inner desire compelled me to keep searching for answers. Once I started to work with my spirit and the Light*, I realized that there was so much more to this existence than I had previously envisioned.

Hidden from me was this highly evolved intelligent being right within me – my splendid spirit. And I have the power to propel my own spirit into a higher state right now! It’s not just my physical qualities that make me who I am; I am the physical manifestation of the unique quantum configuration that my spirit presents at this level.

A spirit’s balance of energy is either positive or negative and its goal is to rise to a higher state. It could be surmised that positively-oriented spirits are here to share their knowledge and run the gauntlet of all the negative experiences that hail from this planetary existence. In a negative sense, negatively-oriented spirits might be here to compensate for past doings and many will continue their destructive rant ad infinitum. But, in a positive sense, what if some negatively-oriented spirits are here because they’re curious and want to accept positive knowledge?

Whatever the rationale for our existence, each of our spirits provides us the opportunity to increase or decrease our positive potential. Each of us has the choice to allow our spirit to give in to negativity or work to gain or maintain a positive stance.

Just imagine if we were all working in unison on our planet to acquire positive knowledge at all levels of our being! Such a change in the fabric of our spiritual reality would advance our collective knowledge and enhance our positive planetary experience.

Perceptive Development

The other day someone on Twitter asked me to provide some information for their research about how people like me ‘discovered’ our abilities. There are many circumstances under which someone’s higher-level skills are activated but, for me, there was an underlying desire to develop my inherent skills and a series of events that triggered their activation. Then my desire to help others who were in a similar state promoted my long journey of working daily to acquire the spiritual and inter-dimensional knowledge necessary to be fully capable of practicing my perceptive and higher-level healing skills.

While it’s true in many cases that someone all of a sudden becomes spiritually activated, I believe that everyone inherently has higher-level abilities, but most people don’t develop them. For those whose abilities are instantaneously given, say after a traumatic accident or illness, there appears to be a spiritual intervention that can be involuntary and destructive.

Very young children are naturally receptive to the spiritual and inter-dimensional worlds, but most are conditioned out of these tendencies very early in life. Most of us are conditioned to believe in a spiritual being whose very existence transcends all logic of our reality, but we’re hushed when we describe some vision, feeling or event that we’ve experienced outside of that belief system.

Yesterday, while Leo and I took a drive along the scenic falls view drive at Niagara Falls, I reflected back to my earliest years, when I was atoddler enjoying that same view. I stopped along the way to take a picture of the house where I had lived until I turned 5 years old. While I don’t remember having any out-of-the ordinary happen to me as a toddler living in the little cottage into which 8 children were crammed, I still have a very clear memory of many events that occurred when I was as young as 2 years of age. I remember the religious conditioning that started when I was about that young, and I was really taken by it, until I had the brash realization that it was all a fabrication when I was sexually assaulted by the ‘parish priest’ when I was 10.

When I was 15 years old and pretty disillusioned about life, I received a vivid vision and telepathic communication from what appeared to be futuristic beings that conveyed to me that my life was some sort of proving ground or run of the gauntlet, so to speak, during which I should adhere to a set of fundamental principles that governed my being. After 15 more years of difficulty in dealing with life’s experiences, I only began to realize the meaning of that event when I met Leo Jean and started to work with my spirit.

For me, the process of the development of my higher-level abilities was actually a daily learning experience to progress with my spirit during which I developed and practiced my inherent skills over 25 years. I learned to:

Identify the unique vibrations of the types of beings that people on our planet encounter at the spiritual and inter-dimensional levels;
Receive vibrational ‘readings’ from people both in my presence and across distance that signal where their spiritual, inter-dimensional and physical problems lie;
Receive higher-level/telepathic communication from the individual, their spirit or their higher self about the origin and nature of their problems;
Receive higher-level/telepathic communication about the negative energy/spirits that must be removed in order to eliminate others’ higher-level problems;
Acquire the skill to utilize the purely positive energy of the pure white Light to remove the negative energy/spirits that influence and interfere with my clients’ wellbeing.

In effect, I establish a quantum connection with each individual that signals me when they’re having difficulty, so that I can offer help and knowledge. A great part of my work entails teaching each client how they can take back control of their spiritual self and higher self in the most positive ways possible.

I really appreciate the interest shown by the researcher and hope I’ve given him an overview of my experience. Simply put, I didn’t ‘discover’ my skills; I developed them over time through an earnest personal desire to learn about and share knowledge about the higher-level aspects that we all inherently have.

Higher-Level Awareness

Throughout my years of helping people deal with their spiritual and inter-dimensional interactions, I’ve learned that most people have blocked their own recall or are subject to involuntary blocking of higher-level activities.

One example of being blocked that comes to mind is one of my early experiences when I had only been working and living with Leo Jean for about 3 years. One night we were awakened at about 3:00 a.m. by the sound of a very loud engine and bright lights that appeared to be coming from right on top of our apartment building. As we stuck our heads out the window, nothing was visible on top. We started to get dressed to go outside (it was the middle of winter), but the noise and lights suddenly stopped.

The next night when the same loud engine noise woke us up, we hurried out onto our deck and looked up toward the top of the building. We could see nothing but a halo of lights but, as we looked around at the buildings on the ridge, we could see many people in pyjamas out on their decks, staring toward the top of our building. It was so strange, yet it made me feel better that other people had been awakened and were obviously looking at whatever was on our roof. We went back inside and, when the noise suddenly stopped, I ran to the window and saw what looked like a round array of fiery jets as a craft pulled silently away.

The next day we excitedly drove over to the buildings on the ridge and rang a few apartments to ask people exactly what they’d seen from their balconies. However, after speaking to about 10 people, we realized that not one of them remembered the event. It was as though they had all been sleepwalking and had absolutely no recall of even being out on their decks. Although we were vividly aware of the event, it was clear that the people on the ridge had been blocked completely.

Not long after this incident, Leo and I decided to travel to Florida in response to a national news report about a mysterious UFO sighting in the town of Gulf Breeze. It was reported that a group of people on one side of the bridge from the mainland had seen a cluster of lights/orbs, while another group on the Pensacola Beach side hadn’t seen anything at all.

We met with the psychologist who had been interviewing witnesses and he brought us into contact with the retired Air Force colonel who was conducting a MUFON investigation. During a meeting at his private residence just outside Eglin Air Force Base, we became convinced that there was no real effort to figure out what really happened. The most forthright person we met was an air force pilot who had arrived late to the meeting and confided that he had seen many different types of extraterrestrials during solo flights, but he couldn’t talk about it for fear he would lose his wings. The Gulf Breeze incident exemplified a common occurrence in UFO sightings where only one person is aware while nearby bystanders are oblivious to the phenomenon.

Over the years I’ve heard many times that people wish they could see something that exists in another dimension, and I believe there are several main reasons why they can’t. Some people have blocked themselves in childhood, so that they will not see, hear or feel anything that happens at the higher level. In addition, most people are conditioned to accept inter-dimensional summoning and are subject to memory blocks about such activity. Because I’ve learned to refuse the negative summoning signals that summon people into inter-dimensional activities, I’ve learned to utilize a higher-level skill that I probably wouldn’t have realized otherwise.

I can’t help but to compare the refusal of incoming energy signals that promote and block an individual’s inter-dimensional activities with the efforts of astronomers to detect signs of intelligent extraterrestrial life in the universe. There might possibly be corresponding yet undetected incoming signals that block scientists from accessing certain frequencies of signals coming in from the cosmos. Attempts to isolate, filter or mask such signals might make it possible to discover some inter-dimensional communication that will unblock the amplifiers to our seemingly silent universe.

Timeless Links

As a result of having innumerable interactions with others in its many existences, every spirit inevitably carries forward its quantum entanglements into subsequent lifetimes. Not only does this bring forward familiar memory links with other people, but it can also bring negative ties that cause difficult circumstances at the physical level.

During my many years of working spiritually with people, I’ve come to realize that one’s past spiritual ties to others are not always beneficial. It would be unrealistic to work out every single interaction with others from previous lives, but some are especially significant and their removal should be considered. Many people have had negative relationships with others in the past, and my work entails the removal of spiritual encumbrances that interfere with them in the present.

One especially striking example that comes to mind is the case of how the activation of a negative spiritual link from a past life caused an unsuspecting man intolerable strife. Frank had immigrated to America as a child, spent many years in military service and became a health care professional after his retirement. On his first day of work at a hospital, he underwent a chilling encounter with one of the doctors under whose supervision he would be working. Interestingly, although he had never laid eyes on the man before, he said his entire life changed as soon as their eyes met, when he said he suddenly felt a sense of foreboding, like something was terribly wrong. He felt nauseous and unable to think straight and, when he tried to say something to the doctor, he couldn’t speak and he broke out in a cold sweat.

That night, Frank was restless all night long and then something very strange happened. When he got up to walk around, he said he heard a strange sensation and noise behind him, like something was dragging behind him as he walked. As Frank continued to work at the hospital, he became more anxious and experienced more strange phenomena, such as visions and voices speaking to him during the night. After 5 years, although both he and his wife were both working and he had real estate investments, nothing could stop him from falling deeper into debt.

Frank was a very logical man who had never been interested in any aspect of the occult, even though he came from a country where there were many practitioners and believers. Out of desperation, he had hired many psychics and shamans to help him out of his predicament, but none had been successful in releasing him from the abnormal torment he was experiencing.

Once Frank asked us for help, we were able to help him to refuse the encumbrances that had been placed upon him in a past life, when he had been associated with a previous incarnation of the doctor. Our next task was to find Frank a positively oriented spirit that wanted to work with him, so that he could break the quantum entanglement with the vengeful spirit of the doctor. Because his original spirit was no longer with him, we taught Frank how to work with his replacement spirit so that he could properly refuse the latent residual influence on his physical form and the further negativity that it had attracted.

In traditional terms it’s never easy to talk about the effects of spiritual encumbrances, and I understand that most people never divulge what’s happening for fear of being ridiculed or labeled as mentally unstable. In simple terms, what Frank had experienced was the impact of persistent negativity stemming from the activation of a curse from a past life.

One aspect of my positive knowledge is that I’ve learned to identify and trace the vibrations of the ‘leader’ spirits that are used to summon groups of spirits to create spiritual encumbrances. I then have the ability to remove the negative energy/spirits and all their replacements effectively by encapsulating them with the Light, so that they are put out of commission unless they become positively oriented.

The Flow of Spiritual Memories

Throughout a spirit’s existence, it accumulates memories and attaches them to its repertoire in each of its subsequent lives. Spiritual memories differ from physical memories because they are associated with spiritual events that most often have nothing whatsoever to do with a person at the physical level.

A familiar type of spiritual memory is in the form of a spiritual encumbrance known as a lineage curse. A lineage curse consists of a group of spirits that have been summoned by someone to attach themselves to a person and their descendents, most often to bring them negativity. The group of spirits will follow the memory of the person’s family throughout time, and can instigate events that can cause the family to experience negativity related to their wellbeing, such as their health, relationships and finances.

One of the most well known types of spiritual memory is karmic debt, which people usually associate with something ‘bad’ happening to someone because of a wrong that they committed sometime in the past. The placement of karmic debt occurs at the spiritual level and is attached to the spirit, not the physical form, of a person during each of their incarnations. A group of spirits follows the spirit throughout its incarnations and, even if the spirit leaves its physical form for any reason, some residual memory can still remain with that person.

Another type of spiritual memory can be carried in an object, such as a piece of jewelry, furniture or even a building, to which a spirit or group of spirits has been summoned. Over time such an object will continue to bear the signature of the spirits, regardless of how many owners it has. Often the group of spirits will increase in number, as they attract further negativity from the spiritual realm.

Other spiritual memories can be created at the inter-dimensional level, where otherworldly beings can initiate spiritual interference bysummoning of groups of spirits to adversely affect someone at all levels.

Déjà vu experiences, which seem to happen more often to spiritually sensitive people, might be attributed to future spiritual memories. Sometimes encumbrances are placed on people in the future spiritual realm and can be activated to suddenly cause inexplicable hardship in someone’s otherwise trouble-free life.

Negative spiritual memories in the form of curses, karmic debt and other attachment of groups of spirits to a person, an object or an event occur most often without acknowledgement by those affected. From the past and future to the present, spiritual memories flow in a timeless realm from lifetime to lifetime, intertwining their influence until such time as their distinct vibrations are properly refused and removed.

Our Advancement in the Cosmos

To me the inter-dimensional world appears somewhat like the almost tactile dark matter of the universe, while the spiritual realm is more abstract, similar to the mysterious nature of dark energy.

How can it be said that spirits are fiction and that nothing happens or exists in other dimensions when we can only verify the properties of a mere 4% of our physical universe? We seem to know a lot about our biological selves because we can physically study the most evident part of our being, but the higher nature of human capability has been largely ignored, due to the divide between science and religion. (Note: I’m not a member of any religion.)

Although our higher-level aspects represent the largest component of our being and dark energy constitutes about 73% of our cosmos, practically nothing is known about either. Since ancient times we have been seeking to explain the meaning of our existence at a level above our physical evolution, but few answers have emerged. Perhaps for the same reasons as cosmologists and astrophysicists require more advanced mathematics to explain the largely unseen portion of the universe, we need to develop our higher-level knowledge to access the positive aspects of our spiritual being.

While dark energy in its vastness can be compared with the phenomena associated with the spiritual world, the properties of dark matter might soon bring knowledge about how inter-dimensional activity is conducted. Some recent breakthroughs show that, although invisible, dark matter appears to have substance as it demonstrates gravitational effects on its density. The similar almost tangible nature of the inter-dimensional plane suggests that further study might reveal the forces separating it from our familiar level of reality.

Now that physicists acknowledge and attempt to prove that the scientific truths of quantum mechanics must be equally verifiable at larger scales, it must spark a profound change in the way we see ourselves existentially. It’s mind boggling to grasp that some scientific investigators have hypothesized that our universe could merely be a 3-D projection on a 2-dimensional screen at the edges of our universe or that we could be the creations of an advanced civilization’s manipulation of matter through computer programming. Is our role as an evolving species merely to reproduce to provide more advanced players for the next generation, or are we meant to progress by realizing the potential of the spirit within?

As we delve further into the similarities between the microcosm of our material composition and outward into the macrocosm of the universe, we appear to be the constructs of an incomprehensible yet remarkable reality. Once we consider that we are not only comprised of the infinitesimally tiny components of our atoms, but part of a much grander scheme in the universe, it’s easier to fathom that our spirits represent the more advanced part of our existence.

At the physical level, we’re expanding ever outward into the universe, as though it was intended that we strive to explore the expanse beyond. All of our experiences have accumulated into our reality as individuals and as a civilization and we have the power to move past the negative interference and to add new positive content that expands our spiritual horizons.

Spiritual Implications of Child Abuse

Isn’t it great that there’s such a thing as Prevent Child Abuse Awareness Month? As more adults become aware that children are forced to hide, cover up and keep secret their abuse, hopefully many more children will be able to trust and be given the help they need to end their suffering.

As a survivor of childhood abuse myself, I became so much more aware of its pervasiveness through my spiritual/natural/quantum healing work. While shocking and sad at the same time, the plight of an innocent 2-year-old girl especially brought home the treachery. Her parents had brought her to see Leo and me because she refused to eat and had stopped talking. As a first step we helped her to start working with her spirit and then turned to her parents to ask what the circumstances were at home. Both parents worked so, while the mother worked part-time in the morning, her brother-in-law stayed home with their daughter. As we continued to find out more about the little girl’s withdrawal and self-destructive behavior, to the surprise of the young parents it became evident that their daughter’s change had coincided with the arrival of the brother-in-law in their household a few weeks earlier. After the brother-in-law was removed from their home, the little girl started talking again and was eating normally.

However, several months later we received a visit from the family again, after they had been overseas visiting with relatives and the little girl was refusing to talk and eat again. After reconnecting her with her spirit and while the parents assured Leo that they had watched closely over their daughter during their trip, I intuitively took the little girl into another room where we sat quietly looking at pictures in a National Geographic magazine. The little girl was quite relaxed with me until I opened one page where there was a photo of an older man sitting on a porch in a rocking chair. She started yelling and poked and hit at the picture, with tears welling up in her eyes.

I quickly took the little girl back into the room where her parents were. When I showed them the picture that made the little girl so angry, her mother said that it looked just like one of their relatives that they had been visiting. As the parents searched their memory about the man’s interaction with their daughter, they remembered one afternoon when she had been napping and the man had been upstairs alone with her. Once again, the poor little darling had suffered another abuse event while among the very people she should have been able to trust most.

Not only do children suffer physically, mentally and emotionally from abuse, they suffer spiritually at the highest level of their being. Abuse cuts children off from the inherent protection afforded by their spirit.

Most often when a child encounters abuse, the spirit they have always known will exit their body and will not return, because a negatively oriented spirit will take over. Without the relationship with their spirit that they have always known, a child feels cut off from their essential self that would otherwise help them to navigate through their life. Some children are stronger and adapt more readily than others, but too many are left without their basic defense mechanism. Giving a child back their original spirit or a positively oriented spirit has such amazing results! They’re able to once again find balance within themselves, but still need help to end the abuse at the physical level.

Child abuse is rampant throughout the world, one of the main reasons why I refer to it as a negative planet. Protecting children at all levels is essential to give them the safety and security that allows them to focus on the positive aspects of their lives. Unfortunately, parents often find it hard to prevent their child from being vulnerable to abuse, especially if they’ve been the victims of abuse in their own childhood.

In an ideal world, no child would ever be abused but, in our reality, a child should at the very least never be left in vulnerable circumstances physically or spiritually.

Spirit Anxiety vs. Awareness

Lately I’ve noticed that many of the people directed to my blog site by search engines have been searching for information about how to deal with ‘spirit anxiety’. When someone is sensitive to the presence of spirits but doesn’t know how to react, the anxiety they experience is the first sign that they’re allowing a spirit to interfere with them.

How do people know that a spirit is around them?

Some people are more sensitive to the spirit world and can feel, see or hear a spirit. People can ‘feel’ a spirit through its ability to electrically charge particles, resulting in a drop in ambient temperature or by creating an electrostatic charge that feels like a touch or brush. Others can ‘see’ a spirit when it presents itself as a shadowy figure or an ‘orb’, which looks like a colored translucent sphere floating in the air. Some people can ‘hear’ a spirit through the contact that they allow through their mind, usually in the form of a voice that speaks to them.

Why do people become so interested and feel compelled to help a spirit that is trying to contact them?

Some people become intrigued with the phenomenon and figure that the spirit needs their help or that it’s possibly the spirit of a poor lost soul or one of their loved ones, an ancestor or someone who used to live in their house. Many feel sorry for a spirit that is lost or wandering, similar to how someone feels sympathy for someone like that at the physical level. Others get so curious that they can’t stop trying to make contact, because they think it’s exciting.

What’s the right way to proceed?

From my many years of dealing with people who have been troubled by some spiritual interaction or disturbance, I’ve learned that the best and only way for people to deal with spirits is to refuse them completely. Forget about trying to understand, listen to, feel sorry for or give any other attention to spirits. Although spirits can incite profound curiosity, try a positive approach and refuse them immediately rather than accept them!

Be aware that positive spirits don’t hang around people, because they don’t break free will. So, if a spirit trying to ‘contact’ you, it’s actually a spirit that has lost its positive knowledge and should be recognized as a negatively oriented spirit. Never trust a spirit or try to form a ‘relationship’ with it, because you’d be placing yourself in a vulnerable position.

Spirits that have lost their positive knowledge can actually present a destructive menace to your wellbeing. The main reason that spiritscome around is to absorb or drain your energy. Stronger ones can interfere with your thought patterns and alter your emotional state, waiting for an opportune moment, like when you’re struck with excitement or fear, so that they can jump inside one of your spiritual openings when you lose control. So why would you want them around?

For those who are more advanced in their understanding, it will help you to know that inter-dimensional beings are highly sophisticated spiritually. Although they can have significantly more negative impact on someone who has accepted them at some level, I recommend that you refuse them in much the same way you would treat incarnate spirits.

My advice is to adopt a positive stance: ALWAYS REFUSE all spirits and HIT them with the positive energy of the pure white Light. Using the Light will send a very strong signal that will repulse the negative entity and let it know that you don’t want it around you. Instead of anxiety, calm down, relax and focus on refusing and hitting the spirit with the Light. Continue to hit the spirit with the Light until you don’t see, feel or hear it anymore.

Higher-Level Conditioning

We’re far more capable of processing information at the higher level than most of us realize. Over the years I’ve found that the way someone accepts higher-level conditioning is similar to how they accept negative conditioning at the physical level, except that most people are oblivious to how higher-level activity can affect them.

Many people have negatively oriented spirits that bring their negative behavior with them. Since a spirit has free will, no one can force positive energy onto a spirit that rejects it. Without a physical form to bring it positive knowledge, many spirits will accept negative conditioning that is filtered down to their body and will continue to operate in a negative realm of existence.

If you accept negativity at any level, you deter your spirit’s progress and it can take on spiritual impediments that prevent you from being able to work with it effectively. Interaction with otherworldly negative beings at the inter-dimensional level can cause quantum entanglement with those beings, making it harder to refuse to respond to them.

How and when does all this higher-level negativity get started? Early in life, children are summoned to interact with negative beings in higher dimensions. If a child chooses to go by responding to the summons, then the beings will condition them to continue to interact with them throughout their lifetime. Because everyone has free will, if a child chooses not to go, the negative beings can’t force their participation.

However, there are many ways to trick or coerce positively oriented children to participate in negative higher-level practices that will facilitate their inter-dimensional conditioning. These summons usually occur when a child is sleeping but, since a child is still so attuned to their spiritual self, they can be subject to summoning practically anytime. If a child becomes accustomed to allowing their free will to be broken, their acceptance of future summons into inter-dimensional activities is more likely. At the physical level, they might continue to allow their free will to be broken, break others’ free will and even break their own free will as a result of this acceptance.

So, how does a child resist going with a sophisticated being with remarkable powers of persuasion? Many children are born with positively oriented spirits, but are conditioned to accept negativity, because their body is accepting it. When a child responds to higher-level summoning, the negativity at the spiritual level can be overwhelming and, in some cases, a child’s spirit will be ‘kicked out’ and replaced by a stronger spirit that most often won’t work in the child’s favor.

When a child is approached by negative inter-dimensional beings and has the positive knowledge of how to say “No!” to them, they have the power to refuse properly. The positive way forward is to continue to refuse, no matter what the enticement or threat. If a child rejects negative conditioning at the spiritual and inter-dimensional levels, they’re likely to become an adult that carries this knowledge forward.

We all think and act in a certain way, but is it the result of how we accepted conditioning or because we made choices to become as we are? Why do some people welcome change and new ideas, while others remain inflexible and unable to embrace new ways of thinking?

From my own experience, I kept searching for solutions to help me to ‘kick the habit’ of my stressful negative conditioning. I knew there was something at the higher level that kept me hanging on to negativity, but there was never anything tangible until I started to acquire positive knowledge. There was one subtle mark of higher-level conditioning that seemed to serve as a reminder that I had possibly been part of some kind of inter-dimensional activity that I couldn’t remember at the physical level.

When I was a child, I used to wonder how I received the ‘scoop’ mark on my leg. On the back of my left leg, just below the knee joint, in the fleshy part of the calf I had a shallow wedge-shaped indentation where there appeared to be some flesh missing from my leg. The ‘scooped out’ part was about 2 inches long in a horizontal direction across the back of my upper calf, about 3/8” wide in the middle and tapered at both ends. I would have remembered a wound that size, since I was very sensitive to any physical injury. I asked my mother about it a few times, but she never had an answer, so I figured she must have forgotten or maybe it was some sort of defect.

When I met Leo I showed the unusual scoop mark to him, and asked if he might know what it was. He asked me to refuse the source, memory and influence of the marking, so that he could remove the negative energy/spirits/beings that were responsible. Within a few weeks, I remember looking for the scoop mark but it had disappeared from my leg, as though it had never been there before!

With Leo’s help I had succeeded in rejecting whatever I had accepted at the higher level that had caused the scoop mark on my leg. It was as though the marking was an indication that I had been a willing participant in higher-level activities, even though my participation was inadvertent. My efforts to work with my spirit, stay in body and reacquire my free will at all levels had yielded immediate results to rescind my acceptance of negative behavior patterns.

Although not everyone has physical markings, by making them aware of how to refuse negative influences at all levels, I’m able to help others override their susceptibility to higher-level conditioning.

Counteracting Negative Impact

At times our existence on this planet seems so precarious, especially when we experience such wakeup calls as the asteroid flyby and explosive meteor over southern Russia February 15^th. Just as world governments bear the responsibility of creating the means by which we can protect our planet from such natural hazards, we all bear the responsibility to refuse negativity so that each of our spirits can progress positively within us.

A few weeks ago, as I was pulling the car onto the road in front of our (former) house outside Montréal, I looked up toward the east and saw a bright fireball cascading across the sky. Since it was so bright, at first I thought it might have been an aircraft on fire. But, as I watched it arcing across my line of vision, I saw it glow reddish then disappear, so I knew I’d seen a meteor. And it was fascinating! By that time I had already begun to regard the impending impact of a large celestial object striking our planet as a real possibility yet, at that moment, the sight of that fireball simply filled me with a sense of wonder. Afterward it brought home with greater validity the realization that asteroids are part of our planet’s natural environment.

Although the recent cosmic activity has alerted the general public to the very real possibility of a celestial body creating havoc on our planet, there have already been steps taken by NASA to track and map the largest asteroids, but they’ve only located a few. What’s needed is international cooperation to fund and create the advanced technology necessary to enable the deflection of such asteroids as Apophis, the big one that’s heading our way in 2029 and again in 2036. If we do nothing, we risk the chance of a direct hit. Just thinking about it isn’t enough.

In his Newsweek article, Dr. Michio Kaku outlined some of the proposed technology that would alleviate the threat, adding:

“It is inevitable that one day we will be hit, and hit hard. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. We realize this every time we see the pockmarked surface of the moon. Unfortunately, without an early-warning system, we don’t know when such an impact might take place.” ¹ (See link to entire article below.)

Just like asteroids and comets are attracted to our planet, negativity is at some level attracted to each one of us. We’re all being bombarded day and night with negativity and, unless we commit to doing something about it, we’re sitting targets to this constant negative pummeling. The little grains-of-sand meteor-type hits are easy but, eventually, a big hit will come in and bring with it the kind of personal devastation that no one desires. There are always positive solutions when you’re ready to create them, but it’s always so much harder to counteract negativity when you’re caught off guard in a state of weakness without means and knowledge.

Here are a few ways to fight the negativity in your daily life:

Make a commitment to yourself to refuse negativity whenever it arises. Become more aware of the negativity that you’re accepting. Take a few seconds to refuse all sources. As you get used to doing this, you’ll get better at it.
Refusing negativity is the first step, but you also need to replace the negativity with something positive. Remove yourself from the negative environment. Go for a walk in the fresh air; excuse yourself from a negative conversation; get rid of objects that remind you of past negative situations.
Take steps to change your situation, if you’re unhappy with the way your life is unfolding. Quit worrying and regretting. Forgive yourself more often. Start looking for a new job; strengthen or end relationships; move into a new location that suits you better; you get the drift of it!
Love yourself a little more. Start doing more of the things that you love to do for yourself: Exercise more, eat better, sleep better; play a musical instrument; build something; learn something new that interests and/or pleases you! There are plenty of ways to make your life more positive–be creative!
“Ideally” request a healing/removal from me. I will immediately remove the large packets of spiritual negativity and allow you to start from a position of strength.

Just as the world needs to find act to diffuse the inevitability of an asteroid hitting the Earth, only by fighting back against negativity, by building strength of resistance and by creating a positive stance will we endure the impact of negative personal onslaughts.

Side note: After our move from Montréal, I thought I’d see if there were any reports on record about the meteor I’d seen. I found that, according to the American Meteor Society, 50 reports had been received about the fireball (a meteor that is larger than normal), and it’s rare for an individual to see one or two fireballs per lifetime. (Wow!)

Spiritual vs. Inter-Dimensional Influence

Since spiritual interference and inter-dimensional interference seem so similar, the distinctions between them require some explanation. Spiritual interference takes place when entities from the spiritual realm impose themselves upon people at the spiritual level, while inter-dimensional interference occurs when beings that exist in other dimensions of reality, i.e. space and/or time, interact with someone.

Recently a blogger commented on one of my posts about his experience in summoning spirits. The 7-year practitioner of Reiki had been schooled in a healing method that involved the use of spiritual ‘guides’. Instead of understanding that it was his lack of knowledge about how to deal with spirits, he was terrified when he started to see the ‘demonic’ faces of spirits as he called in his ‘guides’. While I agree with him about the misguidedness of the ‘New Age’, he had allowed the beings that presented themselves to influence him to believe that they were representatives of the Light*.

As I learned many years ago, people who summon spirits most often have no idea who or how many they’re summoning. Despite the best of intentions, the use of spiritual guides can be especially dangerous, because any more powerful spirit or being can step in and interfere. The vast majority of spirits that are attracted to our planet are negatively-oriented and will readily respond to anyone who summons spirits for any reason. When a spirit is summoned, it can trigger a reaction from the inter-dimensional realm and bring negative influences upon an unsuspecting person.

Since I started my spiritual work, I have always understood that spirits are not to be fooled around with for any reason. I never trust a spirit that comes around; I immediately refuse it, because no positive spirit would ever break free will and interfere with me. The summoning of spirit ‘guides’ is a questionable practice that can entice beings from other dimensional realms to interfere with both the practitioner and their client. If someone who summons spirits has a negative spirit within, or doesn’t have knowledge of vibrations or doesn’t know how to detect the positive nature of a spirit, they can be heading for trouble, as the blogger described.

Recently, I was impressed by the works of Arthur C. Clarke that were featured in an episode of the series: “Prophets of Science Fiction”. Although I’ve never read any of Clarke’s novels, I was aware that it was he that had provided the calculations for the geosynchronous orbits of satellites. Probably even more striking to me was the plot of his first novel in which he described the arrival of aliens resembling demons that hovered above the earth for an entire generation in a cloaked or higher dimensional state while they observed the progress of humans. Clarke’s depiction of the aliens was similar to what religious people would identify as devils or demons.

Clarke’s fictional aliens struck me as awesome since, when I was in the middle of my first conscious spiritual battle, I perceived thefigure of what I can only describe as a satyr superimposed over the body of a human (obviously in another dimension). Once I had found Leo Jean and told him about my experience, he started to remove the satyr-like beings that were harassing me. We discovered that those particular beings are very common in the negative realm, but are able to remain secretive in their higher dimensional state while interacting with humans. They are not only spiritual beings, but they hail from other worlds, where their physical characteristics are the product of their evolution. Former astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell stated recently on TV that he believes we are being visited by beings from other worlds and that they are monitoring our progress. (“UFO Hunters” 2012)

Perhaps Clarke was far more knowledgeable about the inter-dimensional realm, as he brought forward advanced knowledge that could only be introduced as fiction to a closed-minded society. After all, most of the ‘prophets’ of history had to disguise or encode their writings in order to avoid having them destroyed by religious institutions or the ruling class. Mitchell, backed by his scientific and aeronautical knowledge and personal experiences, offers a rational approach to the exposure and inevitable acknowledgement that we are not alone.

I work with people from around the world who have suffered the consequences of spiritual and inter-dimensional interference. So many people wonder why they can’t refuse properly, but they don’t realize that they’ve already accepted negative influences. The uniqueness of my approach to healing is derived from the acquired knowledge of how to remove spirits according to their distinct vibration from within and around people.

If people were to refuse inter-dimensional beings at both the spiritual and inter-dimensional levels, their secretiveness would continue to unravel and fewer would be susceptible to their negative influence.

Meeting Challenges

In the course of our lives, we all face challenges that bring us to the realization that we’re not immune to difficulty. It’s in how we meet those challenges that tests our resolve, allows us to use our innovative skills and increases our capacity to adapt to change.

Recently, I was faced with some challenges when, two months ago, Leo (my partner of 28 years) fell and broke his upper arm in the dining area of our home. My first instinct was to make him comfortable, to observe him and not to rush to judgment of his condition. My greatest concern was that he would be treated in an ill-equipped country hospital 30 miles outside the city. Within 48 hours, when Leo’s arm was completely black and blue from shoulder to elbow, I had to call the ambulance and, as I expected, the driver refused to take him to the ER in a quality hospital in downtown Montréal. Leo’s upper arm was indeed broken and he needed to be admitted because of his age (90).

Immediately, I knew that we had to move out of our house, where multiple levels meant stairs everywhere that would put Leo at risk whenever he moved around. So, I immediately started to look online for a new place that would meet the criteria necessary to make Leo safe. I decided to look in Ontario, because it proved to be a reality on so many occasions that English people in Québec were treated with disdain, and I wanted to leave that area anyway. So I drove 300 miles to the west side of Toronto (Canada’s most populous city), and looked for a place in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area that was all on one level, had underground parking, elevators and was light and bright, of course!

While my first trip into Ontario brought only a few choices that were not fulfilling all the criteria for safety, I had included the Niagara Peninsula in my online searches and, after my return to Montréal, a realtor called to tell me that there was a condo available that sounded ideal for our needs. So, I made another trip a week later, took a tour that evening and found the ‘perfect place’ for us that exceeded my list of must-haves.

After finding a suitable place to live, my challenges were seemingly just beginning. I returned to find Leo in a worsening condition at the country hospital. An MRI scan found that he had also suffered a pelvic fracture, the reason why he wasn’t able to stand up yet. Then, to make matters worse, members of the care staff were rushing him to eat and he ended up with pneumonia. So, if the effects of the morphine for the fractures weren’t enough, he was now on antibiotics for the infection. He was losing weight and wouldn’t eat even the food that I was bringing from home.

As a very high level healer, Leo is very sensitive to the energy around him, and he was immersed in the destructive energy of that care facility. On two occasions, when I walked in Leo’s room to visit with him as I did every day (except on the days of my trips to Ontario), I found him naked and shivering on his bed, with no care staff around. The second time, it happened to be December 25^th and, while I don’t celebrate religious holidays, I found it to be clearly negligent to treat an elderly person with fractures that way. I was livid and couldn’t stand to see him remain there for one more day.

The next day, I went to the hospital and asked to have Leo’s doctor release him into my care, so that I could transfer him to one of the facilities downtown. After four hours of waiting for the doctor to arrive, he indignantly stated that he knew I wasn’t ‘satisfied’ (understatement!) that it would be too hard on Leo to move him to another hospital. I assured him that I was prepared to transfer him and would provide Leo’s power of attorney in the morning. (I wouldn’t have had the authority over the doctor if I didn’t have the p.o.a.; something of importance for spouses!)

The following day the forecast was for 18 inches of snow and, on my way to the country hospital, I drove past trucks that had driven off the road, small groups of cars that had stopped to clean the ice off their windshields and many abandoned cars. After Leo was released to my care, a medical transfer truck took him downtown while I drove very carefully through a blizzard that was sending the entire Island of Montréal into chaos. Leo was admitted to the downtown hospital with ‘weakness’ and treated for dehydration. I noted a definite difference in the energy level at this facility.

After 2 weeks, I arranged a meeting with the professional team of doctor, head nurse, physiotherapist and social worker to discuss what plan was needed for Leo to get back on his feet. The doctor explained that, after 6 weeks, Leo’s pelvic fracture was not interfering with his ability to walk; the physiotherapist explained that Leo quite possibly couldn’t stand up. My first reaction to this attitude was that I would be glad to be present at the physiotherapy sessions, if they would just tell me when they were going to work with him. When I visited with Leo afterward, I told him what the team had said, then I spent the night refusing the negativity and focusing on getting positive results.

The following day, I sat in on the physiotherapy ‘session’. The therapist had such a negative approach and I could see that Leo was refusing her and, thus, refusing to work with her. After the physiotherapist left, Leo kept trying to stand up on his own, so I called for someone to help. An orderly brought a walker and Leo headed out of the room and down the hall.

The doctor just happened to be standing outside the room with the head nurse and yelled out: “It’s a miracle! ” and many heads popped out of doorways to have a look. Everyone was quite amazed. The head nurse told me that it was incredible how I was able to elicit such a response from Leo and further noted that my energy was remarkable. From that day forward, Leo’s health and mobility have improved steadily. I only facilitated Leo’s determination to ‘get mobile’; the effort was his. From my point of view, much could be gained from integrating higher level healing into a medical environment to improve the wellbeing of both patients and staff.

For the duration of this entire episode, I have maintained my positive self. I never stopped working with my spirit and my higher self, as they gave me the inspiration and energy to get through it all. My ability to refuse the draining negativity that was hitting me mentally, emotionally and physically was certainly put to the test. However, as each new obstacle emerged, I was able to meet them with real solutions that brought positive results, because I envisioned those results and worked to achieve them.

After all the packing, moving and unpacking (still in progress), Leo and I are now settling in and enjoying our light bright place in Niagara Falls!

New Year’s Message 2013

It’s a natural tendency to want our lives to flow smoothly, so we often just go with the flow…but is that always the best path forward?

As the New Year rings in, it’s as good a time as ever to start making the changes that you want to make in your life. We all want to make our lives better, more exciting, more prosperous and satisfying, yet how do we initiate change when it seems so impossible? Changes take place only when we are ready to implement them, and that takes resolve, energy and often courage.

Whenever your life is becoming difficult, you should take the time to reflect upon what’s making it that way. There are ways to make positive changes in any situation!

Over the years, as we’ve introduced people to working with their spirit, we’ve seen that the addition of inherent higher level knowledge into their life makes a vital difference in how they see themselves moving forward and breaking the ties that they’ve allowed to bind them into an unhappy, difficult or uncomfortable situation. Reflect on whatever is interfering with your wellbeing, such as your job, relationship or physical condition, so that you can take the necessary action to curtail any negative effects. Working with your spirit can help you to bring out your best because you’ll take back the part of yourself that you’ve been neglecting.

When you work with your spirit in a positive manner, you’ll learn that your life has many dimensions that you’re just not tapping into. Hidden from you are higher level ways to look at your life that offer intuitive strategies to improve your wellbeing.

The benefits that your spirit and higher self bring to you are considerable, since they are inextricably linked to you. When you’re not interacting with your spirit and your higher self, you’re missing out on valuable resources that can make a huge difference in your life.

Perhaps learning more about your spirit will bring you the inspiration to implement those positive changes that seem unattainable right now. It’s up to you to make the choices that will benefit you and your spirit, since your spirit depends on you to progress.

Spiritual Space

Our spirits have congregated on this planet to experience an existence in this spacetime for a reason, and we are the masters of this opportunity.

Since a spirit is essentially dependent on its form to supply it with knowledge during its present existence, it can gain or lose ground on its journey. With so many choices available, there is ample room for each spirit to determine the manner in which they will exist in their form.

There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ at the spiritual level; there is only ‘positive’ and ‘negative.’ The majority of people choose to surrender the path of their spirit to a religious institution, and I’ve chosen not to belong to any such organization. Many people fear and/or worship a supreme deity, and I don’t believe that any being that asks to be feared or worshipped can be acting in the best interest of its followers. A lot of people learn that it’s beneficial to keep their chakras open, and I believe that open chakras allow the entrance of negative spirits/energy. Some believe that being passively loving will get them through this life, and I’ve learned to retain my compassionate self while standing up to those who interfere with my wellbeing.

Our spirits are subject to our choices and rely on us to deliver them knowledge that will propel them to a higher level of existence. In effect, spiritual knowledge is essential for a spirit to progress in its form. However, there is no definite blueprint as to how this progress is to be accomplished. If there were, there wouldn’t be so many people on this planet, since many more spirits would have already ascended to a higher realm of existence. It’s as though we’ve been cast into churning waters and allowed to navigate as best we can with the tools we find on our journey. Some of us are more daring than others, while others are content to just follow along with the crowd.

Science has made great strides to bring us physical knowledge of our origin and destination. They search at the macro and micro levels to offer some glimmer of understanding of how and why we exist in this spacetime. While we seem to be unable to prove the existence of other lifeforms in the multiverse, there is no doubt that they must indeed exist elsewhere in the unexplored vastness of space.

Our quickly accelerating physical knowledge about our human existence makes our spiritual aspect even more alluring. If there is no life elsewhere, then where did all the spirits that inhabit all the bodies on our planet come from? If our spirits had past lives and brought knowledge with them, then we should be acting accordingly to learn how to implement that knowledge in a beneficial way.

No one should judge another person for their choice of spiritual path, and we can direct our spirituality as we please. A person that provides no spiritual knowledge whatsoever prevents their spirit from progressing. Someone who brings negative spiritual knowledge deters or loses spiritual advancement. A form that brings the positive knowledge of the Light allows their spirit to progress closer or even to reach its goal. There are many choices of how to conduct your spiritual wellbeing, and it’s up to you to decide what’s best for your spirit. Your spirit depends on you, even if it isn’t being served by your choice.

The best path for me is to bring the positive knowledge of the pure white Light into my spirit, allowing us both to thrive harmoniously in its purely positive energy while it progresses toward its ultimate goal of perfection in the Light.

Weapons of Innocents Destruction

When I turned on the TV last night after spending 2 days on the road, I found yet another senseless genocide of innocents had taken place in America the Beautiful. Just after what might have turned into a catastrophe at the mall in Oregon last week, yesterday’s unspeakable act in Connecticut defies all explanation!

Apart from having the good citizens of America volunteering to hand over their personal arsenals of deadly weapons, there is seemingly no way to stop those who are beyond the reach of reason from acting out this nightmare scenario again.

While the TSA is screening everyone that boards an airplane and government buildings are already like military bases, what can America do about their now regular event gun violence sprees? Why is everyone hanging on to the 2^nd Amendment to ensure their freedom? Do they distrust their government so much that they’re willing to continue the risk of allowing anyone to stockpile weapons that could be used to kill babies? Why is it so easy to obtain these weapons of innocents destruction?

How do Americans return safety to their movie theaters, shopping malls and schools? Is every public place now a potential setting for such an unspeakable tragedy?

I thought that America was the Land of the Free, not the Feared.

What Drives Children’s Negative Actions?

As children we develop our individual sense of how to interact with others and, depending on our spiritual orientation, the results can be quite different. Some children learn a sense of positive morality from their experiences, while others accept the negatively-charged energy they receive from their mistreatment of others.

When I was only 2 years old I committed my first negative action against another living being, when I was unjustly punished and reacted in a surprising way. (I have a rather vivid memory of certain early childhood events, and this one still stands out.) My brother (who was still crawling) and I were playing on the floor beside his crib when he reached over and spilled the baby powder, just like he’d done the day before. The first time he spilled the powder my mother came into the room and swatted me on the behind, because she assumed that I had done it. This time, I wasn’t going to get blamed, so I remember biting my brother on the forearm and, while he burst into a loud cry, I ran into my parents’ bedroom and hid deep inside the closet so that my mother couldn’t find me. In my toddler’s mind, it was a split-second reaction to hurt my brother in response to my fear of being punished again because of his actions. (Poor little guy, with my teeth marks on his arm!)

A few years later, when I was 6 years old, I remember how some of the older kids used to get a big charge out of swinging us around by the arms and then letting us go. As we went flying off in a slingshot effect then tumbled to the ground with a dazed look on our faces, they laughed in glee. One day, when no one was around, I remember taking the plunge myself. I swung one of the 5-year-old neighbor girls around and let her go. As she started to cry because she was so dazed and, most probably with hurt feelings, I felt a great sense of guilt and remorse. It was the first and last time I would ever treat another human being that way. From that child came my own cries; her grief was my own. Although I apologized at the time, and I remember apologizing to her again when we were older, the girl never even remembered the event. That experience gave me the insight never to be mean to anyone again, and was probably the cornerstone of my moral development.

So what makes a child mean? From a spiritual perspective, if I had a negatively oriented spirit, I probably never would have felt any remorse about hurting either my little brother or the neighbor girl. As a 2-year-old, my actions were merely for self-preservation with no sense of right or wrong but, with a little more brain power at age 6, I was able to make a positive moral judgment that changed my behavior.

However, a child with a negatively oriented spirit might have enjoyed the negative energy created during their mistreatment of another living being, because they might have already experienced abuse or brutality as normal. Their spirit would have grown more negative as the abuse events continue, in their role as both a recipient victim and an emerging perpetrator. The abusive actions of a child attract negative energy/spirits that fuel their desire to continue to hurt others, as negative spirits feed off the negative energy that is generated. A child who bullies others is a child in trouble at all levels.

From the perspective of a child who’s on the receiving end of bullying, they’re becoming conditioned not to resist or to fight back. The first time a bullying event occurs a child becomes afraid, the first step to the acceptance of future incidents. At the spiritual level, the bullied child starts to receive negative spiritual input that originates with and perpetuates the fear response. Even if their spirit was more positively oriented at the start, it will inevitably lose ground to the overwhelming influx of negativity created by the bullying.

One of my greatest joys is to help a child by introducing them to their spiritual self and the Light*, so that they can gain a fundamental understanding of their individuality from a spiritual perspective. Learning to work with their spirit brings them so much self-esteem and mindfulness of their extraordinary potential to overcome such obstacles as the impact of bullying. They quickly see that they have allowed bullying to affect them and that they need to refuse the spiritual negativity that perpetuates the abusive behavior on both ends. For kids of all ages:

The spiritual motivation behind bullying, criminal actions of all kinds and the calamity of war is the same: Negative spirits feed off of the negative energy that negative actions generate. Hopefully more people will turn inward with a positive spiritual outlook, so that more positive energy is generated at all levels on our planet.

“…Learn the Natural Law”

The other day someone in the twitterverse asked me what the term “natural law” meant in the context of the message I received when I was 15, as described in my post called “Early Flat Screen Presentation,” so I’ll attempt to answer that in part now.

What the otherworldly beings said was: “This life you lead is a test. In order to pass you must learn the natural law.”

First of all, I should state that I didn’t really know why I was selected to be the recipient of that telepathic message. It wasn’t a dream; I was fully awake in a public restaurant. I never experienced anything like that before or since. At first it seemed to spark confusion in me, since it was so vivid and I couldn’t talk about it with anyone, except the girlfriends who were with me at the time.

From my perspective the event was life changing, since the portion of the message that was left with my consciousness was so clear and I only began to understand its significance when I started to work with my spirit 15 years later, and Leo suggested that the beings were from the future. The only “natural law” that I knew when I was 15 was that of physics, which I happened to be studying at the time. It didn’t make sense to me then that they would be telling me that my life depended on the laws of physics. Now that I’m so much older (and more ‘seasoned’), I believe that the message incorporated the learning of many natural laws including those in the fields of physics, science, philosophy, medicine, law, morality and nature itself.

Most physicists agree that all the laws of physics are the same in our universe but, in the so-called Many Worlds Theory it’s postulated that there are multiple universes and the laws of physics are potentially different in each one. Given this format, one could suppose that all natural laws could be different elsewhere. For instance, there could be a universe in which people might rejoice one’s death and mourn at one’s birth. In another universe the moral law could dictate that everyone has to be cruel and despotic, while those who are kind and compassionate are morally corrupt.

As a result of my many years of working with my spirit and glimpsing into the spiritual journeys of others, I’ve come to believe that the spiritual natural law is likely the same throughout the multiverse and is interconnected with the Light*. With its multiple timeless existences, a spirit can be recognized as the quantum part of our human repertoire. The message started with “this life…” to differentiate this life from another, as if to suggest its significance in my quantum existence.

Quite frankly, I’m still learning about “the natural law”. Sometimes I wonder whether the greater part of the message (about 5 minutes long) has been buried within me as a suggestion. Maybe it was downloaded to me for future reference and will continue to give me inspiration along the way. In the meantime, I will pursue my efforts to gain a further and deeper understanding of my own interpretation of what it means to “learn the natural law.” It’s interesting that I’ve already learned to use my brain in a more advanced way to communicate across the planet in my higher level healing work. Since the message I received was sent telepathically, I’ve included a link below to a short video on collective intelligence by the popular theoretical physicist Michio Kaku.

Perhaps the meaning behind the message about the concept of learning “the natural law” is to inspire others to pursue the answers to the questions about the reasons for our current existence.

Spiritual Solutions

On this rollercoaster of life we all face a myriad of problems, and it’s the way in which we approach solutions that brings the optimum outcome.

Many of us suffer from the anxiety of our problems, while others seem to have a carefree attitude about life. What makes some of us worriers while others are seemingly worry free? A lot of it depends on your perception and how you let your problems affect you, but many people receive much more higher level interference than others.

One of the principles of my work is: “Every problem has a solution at the spiritual level.” ~Leo Jean Over time I’ve learned to apply it to problem solving by combining both physical and spiritual practices.

When you receive the news that you have a problem, you react in a positive or negative manner. There seem to be differences in whether a problem is personally or extraneously generated but, in both instances, there are similar ways to constructively attain a solution.

If I initially react to a problem with a negative attitude, I can expect to get a negative response because I’m attracting negative energy at the higher level. In turn the negative energy attracts negative spirits that can group together and cause a mushrooming cluster of negative energy. That would certainly prevent the ease at which I find a positive outcome to any problem! (Like someone who gets very angry when they receive bad news and starts yelling or badmouthing someone else. Or someone who blurts out a litany of despair about how unfair life is.)

On the other hand, if I’m presented with a problem, no matter how difficult it seems, I can take several positive approaches to help me as I work with my spirit to effect a positive change. Here are some ways that I’ve learned to reach solutions that incorporate both physical and spiritual approaches:

I immediately refuse the impact of the negative news at the spiritual level. In this way, I refuse to invite or attract negative energy. It’simportant to remind yourself to keep your spiritual openings closed, since they tend to fling open at such times.
I look objectively at the pros and cons of the decisions that I must make, and I refuse and hit all negative thoughts and emotions with the Light*, since fear doubt and worry can cause interference as I take a reasonable approach to solving my problem. (As a bonus for my efforts over time I’ve learned how to work with my spirit to remove any negative spirits that come to interfere with me during this process.)
I consider most problems to be negative impediments to my present and future well-being, so I turn the problem into a challenge that must be met in order to make my life better.
Once I’ve refused properly, I then ask my higher self to help me to reach the right resolution. Then I let it go and do something else for a while until I receive the answer. Depending on the magnitude of the issue, I give my higher self enough time to allow a decision that will usually come to me while I’m in a relaxed state.
While I’m in the ongoing process of dealing with my problem, I stick to the plan and continue to refuse properly so that I can minimize negative interference.

You can effect a suitable solution rather quickly by applying this practice to everyday or major problems, as you integrate positive spiritual knowledge into the process.

Higher-level Interference

Unless they interfere with me or my clients I never get involved with spirits, because I refuse their influence completely and respect their right to exist in their present state.

Just like us, spirits are free to choose, and they have the right to be positive or negative. However, there are countless lost/aimless/negative spirits that find clever ways to feed off the energy of people and animals. Many of today’s children accept higher-level interference, simply through their intense interest in the occult, vampires, zombies and other negative trends.

Very early in my work, when I was learning about the nature of spirits, I participated in the removal of some negative spirits from the houses of some of our clients. A middle-aged couple had made an appointment to see Leo and me because they were suffering from headaches and sleeplessness since they had moved into their home about a year earlier. In the process of their healing they realized that, because their spiritual openings were jammed open, they were much more vulnerable than they had imagined. Once they had made a commitment to refuse negativity, we were only too happy to accommodate their request to do some ‘ghostbusting’ in their home.

A few days later when we arrived at their place, their big German Shepherd greeted us at the front door. The Mrs. explained that their dog refused to go into their bedroom and was often reluctant to venture up the staircase. As we took a tour of the house, Leo and I picked up (removed with the Light*) the negative spirits that lingered in some of the rooms downstairs. As we started up the large wooden staircase, I could feel a coldness that hovered at the top of the stairs. The woman pointed into the bedroom at their beautiful antique wooden bedroom set, saying that she thought her dog might be afraid to go near it. As we stood in the doorway, we began to remove a large group of spirits that had attached themselves to the furniture, in particular, to the bed and a large dresser with mirror.

Within a few minutes, Leo turned and called to the dog that had been watching the whole process from the foot of the staircase. After it bounded up the stairs, Leo took the dog inside the room where it sniffed around, then sat down on the floor at the foot of the bed. The Mrs. was so flabbergasted, that she clapped her hands, then grabbed Leo and gave him a big hug. While her husband laughed and petted his dog, she said she never thought her dog would enter the bedroom and was so happy to have him there.

Many people don’t realize how sensitive animals are to spirits. From my experiences over the last 27 years, I understand more about how both humans and animals are affected by the presence of negatively-oriented spirits around them. Here’s another more humorous account of a ‘ghostbusting’ that we conducted at the house of another client in California that brings home the acute spiritual awareness of man’s best friend:

“We received a phone call about a year and a half ago and the woman said she has a little poodle, a little French Poodle, and she could not stop it from chewing the leg on the bench of the piano. He barked at it and was going wild. The dog came over to me and grabbed my finger and he took me to the piano bench. I knew already there was a big spirit over there and so I removed the spirit and the dog somersaulted and licked my hand and licked his owner’s hand and it was a sight!”¹

Once the spirit was removed, the lady said that the dog never bothered with the piano bench again.

Since then, I’ve had many other experiences with the removal of spirits from our clients’ residences but, interestingly, instead of having to visit each residence in person, I now regularly conduct ‘ghostbusting’ services for clients across the world. When necessary to facilitate their spiritual healing, I can detect the presence of spirits in the rooms of a client’s home as they walk through them. From my reading of their environment in this way, I can conveniently read the vibrations of the spirits and remove them just as effectively as if I’m standing next to the client.

Higher-level interference can occur in so many ways: through thoughts, emotions and from within one’s home or work environment, and it’s important never to trust that any positive behavior will be exhibited by spirits. When I deal with negatively oriented spirits I offer them the chance to immerse themselves in the Light or to find themselves encapsulated, so they can never interfere with anyone again.

The Potential of a Positive Spirit

At some point early in life there should be a catalyst that sparks each child into believing in their own unique potential.

Children are subjected to the world that is presented to them by their parents, family, playmates, school and community. When a troubled child is without guidance and encouragement, it makes it especially hard for them to envision a bright future. Unfortunately, even in our western world there are too many children who are born into an existence that strains their ability to cope with difficulty and to have a positive outlook on their future.

Over the years I’ve seen that positive change is possible in any troubled child’s life, if they’re extended the opportunity to accept who they are through a positive sense of self. A young Portuguese boy, Luis*, clearly demonstrated how quickly a child can alter their self-image, when they realize their special qualities as an individual.

Luis’ mother had come to see us because of the significant head and back pain that she was suffering, due to some manual labor at work. After her first session, the single mother of 3 decided to bring her children to see us, so that they could each receive a new positively oriented spirit as she had done. On her second visit, we met Luis and his sisters.

Luis was 10 years old and extremely shy. He barely said a word as we talked with his mom and sisters and, when it was his turn to work with us, he was receptive, but not really sure of himself. One of his eyes wandered off to the side, so Leo removed the large negative energy/spirit that had contributed to the muscle weakness, and introduced a Light-committed spirit for him to work with as his own. In order to help Luis gain enough confidence to focus on his self-healing, Leo showed him that he had much more potential power when he worked with his spirit. Luis was impressed when he saw that he was capable of twisting a spoon into a knot, but Leo wanted him to know that he was a lot more spiritually powerful than that.

Leo used to exercise his mind power by initiating movement in a chrome decoration that sat on his desk. At rest a little chrome ballerina that dangled from a wire above a flat round base simply stood still but, as Leo focused his mind power to energize the figurine, it would spin and ‘dance’ around the little platform. (I always marveled at how Leo could do that, but I was never able to do it myself!)

As Leo showed Luis how he could make the ballerina dance, the boy watched attentively. Leo suggested that he concentrate to make the dancer move, just as he had focused to twist the spoon, only this time he couldn’t touch the metal. With seemingly little effort from a few feet away, Luis started to move the ballerina from her rest position into a swirling dance, just as Leo had showed him. All of a sudden, the ballerina stopped, as Luis realized what he had done and stopped concentrating. Then he started to move it again. His face lit up with a big smile that glowed across the room.

Then, Leo did what I always saw as so earnestly supportive – he gave the chromed ballerina to Luis, saying: “No one else has ever done it. Now it’s yours!” Well, that little boy’s grin was as wide as his face as he looked over at his mother with a look of pride and accomplishment.

Who would have assumed that a timid child would respond to such a challenge and surpass everyone’s expectations? Then Leo revealed the purpose of challenging Luis in that way. Leo guided Luis to use his newly-found ability not only in daily self-healing, but also to work with his spirit to channel the Light to remove the negative memory of the spirit that had caused his eye to be off-center, and to stop any other negative spirits that tried to come in as replacements.

Upon his next visit, Luis’ eye was markedly improved. On his third visit, two weeks later, Luis’ eye was already centered properly! Not only was Luis’ eye corrected, but he was also full of genuine self-esteem and self-confidence. His smiling face and sparkling blue eyes shone with positive energy and he talked and laughed as though he had never been shy before. This incredible boy, whose life was so lackluster before he realized his positive spiritual power, was now a vibrantly confident child.

It doesn’t matter at what age a person starts to work with their spirit. The introduction of a positive spiritual self can change even the most lackluster life into one that teems with positive potential.
